Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

This home is extremely beautiful, likely one of the best places in Davao. Very modern home, nice outdoor area and comfortable. I would happily stay here again. A few important notes. The maps location sent by the host was incorrect. We took a grab to the location provided and was unable to find the caretaker. We had to wait with the taxi until he came on a motorbike and guided the way to the house. When I mentioned this error to the host to help other guests, I was told that the information provided was valid. When in reality there is two streets with the same name close together. Make sure you are going to the one right next to Abreeza mall. Also, the caretaker enters the outside area to clean in the morning which we were surprised by. If you work graveyard shift, there is often noisy construction during the day. However the property is quiet during the night. Overall you should not hesitate to book, but do be aware of these few details.

Mr. Celso's team was very responsive, easy to communicate and very nice people. We travel by car from afar and check in was late, but Sir Celso was waiting patiently and giving us help and instructions on how to reach the accomodation quicker. We were more than 10 plus kids and without asking Sir Celso gave us extra beds plus the very good drinking water supply is free. We, especially my parents enjoyed the balcony relaxing with birds singing in the background. We grilled and ate in the balcony which is a plus and the karaoke and a paid access to the nearest resort. We will definitely book again when we visit Samal and I highly recommend Sir Celso's place, it is more of what you pay for. 🤩

If u you are staying in Davao GET THIS home! Not only is it incredibly comfortable, it is quiet and close to airport for convenience. This was the second time staying here, and if i come back to davao will book it again. It is a true find if you are able to book it…😊

I found my stay very pleasant. I felt as if I were home. I spent lots of dinners enjoying the patio. The patio was very private I really loved all the Rainey night dinners while drinking a glass of wine with my girlfriend. I would have to say that I could not have founda better place to stay at. I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Noemi’s place is accessible and just about right for a family of 6. I also liked the fact that our fur baby Tessa was welcome in her place. Salamat po, Ms. Noemi. We will definitely come back. Puhon.

Everything was indeed true to the descriptions. We just had a little difficulty with the keyless lock device but all in all our entire stay has been so wonderful. Thank you to our super host for responding so quickly. Will totally recommend JeweLees.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Superb comfortable stay here! Mostly due to the caretakers Analyn, Mhyl and family. Friendly and easy to communicate. Can take care of any needs and are always giving food treats, like pancit and other things, yummy and thanks. This is my second stay here. First in Feb 2024 and now March 2025. So far, I am expected to return next year. It's a peaceful, lovely, gated community with close access to everything. Thanks Michael as I truly enjoyed my full month accommodations here.

The condo consist of two bedrooms, the first room has a queen sized bed and the second room has a bunk bed, necessities such as the kitchen, dinning and living area are fully equipped. The host was very considerate and prepared the necessities for bathing and cleaning. The interior design was refreshing and clean mostly consisting colours of white and beige. I’ll rate the comfortable a complete 10/10. The internet connection was also fast.

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

Great hosts, always responsive. They offered free weekly cleanings for the monthly stay. The large balcony has a world class view of Samal island and is really the highlight of the apartment. Inside the space is fairly small but well equipped and the hosts went above and beyond providing teas, snacks and enough bath supplies, soaps, toilet paper, etc. to last the entire stay. Highly recommended.

Check-in was a breeze, making our arrival stress-free. The view of the cityscape, especially at night, added a relaxing ambiance to our stay. Given that I tagged along my youngest, we were happy to have complimentary access to the pool, which was a perk of staying in this 2-bedroom condo. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to Poblacion Market, where we found high-quality merch at very reasonable prices. Overall, a wonderful experience that I'd recommend.

Ms Connie was so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The guards were nice. I just didn’t find the clothing iron in the room so I was not able to iron my clothes whenever I go out. Regardless, I feel so at home at the place.

This listing is central, comfortable, and precisely what I needed during my trip to Davao. Right in the center of the city close to all the key sights, very fast and stable internet that could handle online gaming no problem, kind building staff, and an efficient AC.
