The space was lovely, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The amenities listed were exactly as described, which made for a seamless stay. I’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this place to friends and family.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Overall, it was comfortable and great 5-night stay. We just loved it that it is just right beside Abreeza mall

We had a very comfortable stay. Unit was clean and spacious. It has a good location and just a few minutes away from parks, food establishments and department stores. It is a walking distance to PUJs as well whether you want to go north or south. :) Owners were very accommodating and responsive to my queries. I'd love to stay here again (kids approved too! ^_^) the next time we visit Davao.

This Airbnb was such a great find! Super clean, super comfy, and everything smelled so fresh as in parang ang sarap lang mag-stay in buong araw. The bed and sheets were so soft! If it weren’t for our scheduled tours, we would have stayed in bed all day. Haha Our host was very accommodating and responsive, even though we booked at the last minute and weren’t sure if our flight would push through. Walang hassle at all, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We also appreciated how everything we needed was already there. From kitchen essentials to toiletries. Ang dali pang gamitin ng mga appliances, and you could tell that they really put effort into making the place convenient for guests. Self-check-in was also a big plus! Overall, we had an amazing stay. So if you’re looking for a place that’s clean, comfy, and hassle-free, this is it! Sulit na sulit, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed from March 31 to April 2, 2025 and we had great time staying there since it was very clean and feels like home. Also, Mr. Wynbol (owner) was very responsive and accomodated our request for our assurance. Easy access to the unit since he gave clear instructions. Thank you!

Carol was an awesome host! We booked her place for a 3-day long exam and it’s a great place to stay, it being solemn, peaceful and had everything we needed. The place was also clean and comforting so we didn’t really need to adjust to the place for very long. Carol was also very helpful when we asked for considerations as our exam got postponed. Definitely will book again!

Great stay! Host was very responsive, took care of issue that came up. Got the apartment cleaned twice, fresh linens and towels. Mattress had protection and pillows which is a huge plus, the room also had an air purifier which made me feel better breathing clean air. The area is close to lots of restaurants, spas and very safe with security. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

I give this place a perfect 10 out of 10. CLEAN. 2 refrigerators. Stocked kitchen. Safe. Easy and quick to get taxis. Everything was as described.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Davao! The owner was very accommodating and considerate—he even gave me a free extension of hours, which I truly appreciated. The place was comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to my friends. Kim's place was definitely cozy as described. It had almost everything we needed for our short stay in Davao. Kim was also very responsive and was quick when it came to inquiries. Although I would suggest to have bath mats for the bathroom as it would get really wet and messy after showers, as well as condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc for cooking. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Davao.

A cosy house on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, and there are shops and eateries along the way. The locals are very pleasant and we met some lovely people. The facilities at the house are more than adequate and it was nothing short of luxurious for my girlfriend and I to have each our own bathroom to use. *bonus* Free Netflix and lots of edible/drinkable goodies very generously provided. A rare, hospitable touch. Thank you Josh for our comfortable stay!
