During our one-night stay, we found it to be a peaceful experience. We felt secure, as security guards were present throughout the building. The unit was also neat and clean. Its homey, small and comfortable. The conversation with Melissa was great and very friendly. Give us every detail that we need to know prior to and before leaving the unit. Would love to go back!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Overall, it was comfortable and great 5-night stay. We just loved it that it is just right beside Abreeza mall

We had a very comfortable stay. Unit was clean and spacious. It has a good location and just a few minutes away from parks, food establishments and department stores. It is a walking distance to PUJs as well whether you want to go north or south. :) Owners were very accommodating and responsive to my queries. I'd love to stay here again (kids approved too! ^_^) the next time we visit Davao.

Since it was our first time to try Airbnb we are very excited to arrive in our destination. Because, through out everything we want and planned we landed at Avida Towers. The co-host and host is very responsive whenever we need or to ask something about the room. Overall our staycation was GREAT and rest assured your stay is WORTH IT it just feels like home but in a expensive way hihi. Carol was an awesome host! We booked her place for a 3-day long exam and it’s a great place to stay, it being solemn, peaceful and had everything we needed. The place was also clean and comforting so we didn’t really need to adjust to the place for very long. Carol was also very helpful when we asked for considerations as our exam got postponed. Definitely will book again!

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

Amazing stay in amihan (airbnb). The only disanvantage on staying the place is, lack of convenient store around the place.

I give this place a perfect 10 out of 10. CLEAN. 2 refrigerators. Stocked kitchen. Safe. Easy and quick to get taxis. Everything was as described.

I want to have a place like this airbnb. The interior design is sleek & has a minimalistic approach which I love. Everything is well thought of. Place is clean and every space is utilized properly. A cosy house on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, and there are shops and eateries along the way. The locals are very pleasant and we met some lovely people. The facilities at the house are more than adequate and it was nothing short of luxurious for my girlfriend and I to have each our own bathroom to use. *bonus* Free Netflix and lots of edible/drinkable goodies very generously provided. A rare, hospitable touch. Thank you Josh for our comfortable stay!
