A beautiful tropical garden home located in the interior of Samal in a quiet local neighborhood. With delicious home cooked meals, it feels like you're visiting someone's home surrounded by friendly family and neighbors rather than a typical resort. Arno's has had a fascinating career and is passionate about sustainable living and it shows in how he's built a great community here.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

The entirety of everything exceed our expectations. My colleagues' first expression when we arrived and saw the place is "WOW". The place is great for intimate events, or small family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can use for table setting. Bathroom is clean, as well as the towel, linen, bedroom and the entire property. Worth it for its price.

Highly recommended coming from someone who lives in Australia! A group of 3 of us stayed comfortably like as if I was back at home in & which meets living standards in Sydney, Australia. Host & caretakers have been superb, of which we are quite appreciative. Sadly, had to check out on Sunday 26 January 2025 due to our hectic schedule. Based on above, we would stay again next time we are back in General Santos.

Thank you again for another perfect stay in Gensan. We just felt so at home in your place with everything we needed on hand and very close to malls. I must say the gated community is very welcoming and the guards and trike drivers are just unbelievably friendly and have become goods friends over our few visits here. I would highly recommend Celeste and her team if you want a peaceful, hassle free stay in Gensan it is just the perfect place 👍

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

It was roomy and good for a big group traveling. I wish there were cooking implements but overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

The place was great. My family loved the stay and it felt like home. It was 15-minute away from the beach but still, the place was great for family and we were able to relaxed.

Rachel was a great host. Great communication. The house was clean and beds and bedding very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked great with a smart TV so you can watch whatever you want also she let me use her Netflix since I didn't have an account. Pretty much everything you need to live and make dinners for a week or months stay. Washer/dryer is there and easy to use. Easy to call a grab taxi right to the house or just walk out to the street for a trike. For me the location was perfect being halfway between family and Gensan. Safe area with great neighbors. There is a sari sari store just a short walk from the house they probably have anything you need there from food or household items and even a few beers. It is a good 20 to 30 minute taxi into town which isn't bad if you are not going often. I was very happy with the stay and most likely I will be back again in the near future.

We had a very peaceful stay at Jacky’s place. It is located inside a very quiet subdivision. We are conveniently near, about 15 mins to South Pacific golf course, which was actually the reason for our trip to Davao. There are also restaurants, supermarkets and eateries nearby. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay at Jacky’s place.

The place was safe and cozy. They give an ambiance of “home away from home”. We use all of the amenities they offer. Internet connection was not that good we have to use our own data instead. But all and all, we would recommend the place.
