Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Penny is an excellent host! This little getaway is super cozy and the perfect place to spend some time for yourself. I love the bed and room darkening curtains and the water pressure in the shower is amazing 😊 Penny was super responsive and helped me iron out some issues with my booking due to my being a total mess and overlooking something. She was flexible and really helped make it the perfect stay. Exactly what I needed. Thank you so much, Penny! Side note- lots of adorable little kitties to see on the front porch if you’re out at night 🥰

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

The house was clean. Being someone that cooks, the kitchen needs a few more things. Extra dish towels, pot holders, more coffee cups, cookie sheets. Maybe some lights under the cabinets A curtain on the back door. Ethan was great at getting back to any questions you might have. We felt safe enough to just sit outside and enjoy ourselves. We would recommend this Airbnb.

Charming little home nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. The location is perfect. We woke up every morning and walked (5 min.) to The Frothy Monkey for some coffee. Orher cute shops in the area but we just did some window glancing. We rented a car for daytime adventures - navigating roads isn't to difficult. Bonus, Lyfts into Downtown (about a 10 minute drive) are super reasonable for about $9-12 depending on time of day/night. Do yourself a favor and don't plan to park Downtown. Anyways, the home fit the bill for my husband and me. We both thought the larger King size bed was comfortable and both enjoyed the screened in porch to watch some March Madness in between outings. The home was clean to our standards. The host was super responsive and kind. I would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great time! House was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. I do wish they had a closet of games for the kids, so if you are bringing children I would bring some activities. I like that it is close to Nashville but far enough away that we were out of the hustle, bustle. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful backyard. We would stay there again.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

This is a prefect location if you want to be near Bridgestone arena or Broadway. You can walk or easily uber to anywhere you want to be. The Latch app that is used for checkin and access to everything was extremely easy to use.

We loved this location and would definitely stay there again! It was very clean and tidy with a super comfortable bed and walkable to almost everything!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Great place to stay, very relaxing amd peaceful! I appreciated all the extra touches, variety of snacks, herbal tea. the veiw was just as pictured but better. The youtube video on how to access the parking in back was very helpful!

This home was an absolute GEM! It is in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is definitely outside of the city (Nashville) However if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle and have an area to just unwind and enjoy your surroundings, this is the place.

This was the perfect escape from our hectic schedules and city lives. The views were pristine, the atmosphere was calming, we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The spacious cabin had everything we should ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay that let us reunite friends and family from over a decade.

Spectacular experience after our 12 hrs drive up from FL. Cabin remodeled new appliances clean cozy fun with musical things for the children. Marty and Grace shared their love for all these precious animals family members❤️ Our children learned so much from their generous time they took to show us around. Very blessed space soaked in peace and lively creatures nature. I would stay here over the luxury high rise hotel in Chicago!!! Surround yourself in this natural refreshing woods and you will feel indeed restored!!!

Beautiful place for four couples, everyone had their own room with plenty of space, one couple with a baby had the whole basement to spread out but the bedroom itself definitely had enough room as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, glassware etc. Good enough proximity to Franklin downtown and stores. Can hear main road but it is elevated and far back from it, very private.

I booked this for my husband and his friends. They said the place was perfect, everything they needed. They loved the property, and the tee box was great fun!

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.
