I hosted a bachelorette party at this air bnb and it was WONDERFUL. a few of the girls in my group said it was the best air bnb they’ve ever stayed at. There is so much room for activity here! We loved all the living room space, enjoyed peaceful mornings in the hot tub, relaxed in the beautiful yard next to the creek, and had an awesome game night in the basement. All while only being a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. I very highly recommend this place!

Jeff was a great host. He proactively reached out to me a couple of times before check in and he checked in on me after our first night. The house was great. Everything was super clean and in great shape. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Nashville.

This was perfect for our stay in Nashville! Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Comfy beds and loved the rain style shower head! The location was excellent - quiet at night, but only a 10 minute uber away to all the things one can do in Nashville. Charkia was a great host and very helpful + quick to reply. Thanks for a great stay!

The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you, Matthew and company for your hospitality! We can’t wait to come back!

I was in town for a workshop at Scarritt Bennett Center and I wanted a place in walking distance to that as well as coffee shops and restaurants. It also had to have easy parking, a kitchen, a good sized bathroom, and be clean and comfortable. This cottage fit the bill on all counts and lived up to the description. It has two bedrooms/bathrooms. I only needed one, but it was still affordable. I especially love that it is stand alone, so there are no noises from neighbors above, below, or on the other side of a wall. Very quiet! There are lots of windows to let in natural light when I wanted it and also good shades for privacy. I visited when the weather was cold and can vouch for the effectiveness of the heating system. I don’t know how it is in the hotter months. David’s communications were clear and friendly. I didn’t have any issues that required attention while I was there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Nice place, only complaint is that there wasn’t enough ammenities for the time we were there.

Absolutely the best Airbnb stay I have experienced. Great place and location for our needs. Steve was a great communicator and was genuinely concerned for our comfort and happiness, and an excellent host. Highly recommend this home. Don’t worry about the host living in his basement, he highly respects your privacy and your stay. We didn’t want to leave.

My 7 girlfriends and I stayed at Brady’s for our weekend in Nashville and it was exactly what we were hoping for! Everything was so easy to get to, with Ubers taking no longer than 10-15 minutes. House was clean with plenty of beds/linens and spacious bathrooms for getting ready. We felt safe & were overall very satisfied with our stay. Brady offered suggestions on where to eat and we went to dinner at his East Nashville recommendation at Lockeland Table and loved!

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

This is a prefect location if you want to be near Bridgestone arena or Broadway. You can walk or easily uber to anywhere you want to be. The Latch app that is used for checkin and access to everything was extremely easy to use.

Definitely recommend this place. It’s off Broadway so you can escape some of the chaos if you need to but it’s very close to all the attractions. The place was clean and we had everything we needed.

The Nash *Haven* is appropriately named, being just 1 letter shy of *Heaven*. Such a neat use of space…not a spot that’s not functional, if not luxurious. The big bed is super comfy, the kitchen is very updated, & the bathroom is top of the line (heated floors!!). It has a private screened in porch & the garden out behind the patio is splendid, right down to the Koi pond. The hosts are very accommodating & all instructions were clear & concise. They were quick to respond to the few inquiries I had, yet I felt I had all the privacy I could ever need. The Nash-Haven is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended this stay & hope to escape to this sanctuary again very soon.

Hubby and I just spent five days at Lindsey’s. It was wonderful. Just like the pictures the amenities are great. The gym is great as is the pool area. Location was perfect to walk to Broadway. Everything was spotless and loved the coffee that was left for us to use. Will definitely stay when in Nashville again.
