Our first experience doing an Airbnb and what a great experience. Home is neat and tidy. Very spacious. Fit all of our needs and plenty of space for all 7 of us. Our grandson loved the connect four game. Very quick response when I had a question. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

Great place, very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was a lot of fun for the kids.

Lisa was an amazing host - very flexible to allow us to do early check in without any additional fees, very responsive and great recommendations for the area. Her house was also great with lots of room, pool, grill - perfect for long weekend getaway.

The home was so beautiful and had so many extras. We really enjoyed sitting outside (lots of outdoor seating) and having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening to end the day. Plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen as well! Would definitely book here again.

Great location and space. There is lots of construction in the neighborhood and it’s very loud, but obviously this is not the owners fault! Just something to be aware of if traveling with kids as we were. Very well decorated, nice kitchen, super cute and comfortable!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location — perfect for exploring Nashville. The beds were super comfortable, and it was an ideal spot for staying with kids. The pool was beautiful, though it was a bit chilly during our visit, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Nashville!

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

Todd’s place was an absolute gem. Being able to look out onto the River and then walk to Broadway for festivities was incredible. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. Thanks again.

Convenient and clean location. only 20 minute walk to Broadway and a few minutes walk to restaurants and pubs in Germantown. Farmer's market is only 10 minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and safe. It was nice to have bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived and the ample supplies of coffee were very much appreciated.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.
