The house was perfect! The amenities, the coffee bar, wireless charging phone stations, pool table, and laundry room was great! There were plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen utensils. It kept our family of 7 comfortable and entertained. We all felt right at home.

Great place, very close to a lot of things to do and shopping. Deb was super nice and always responded right away.

The home on the lake was absolutely perfect for meeting family for a long, relaxing weekend. The home had everything we could ask for. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, utensils and space to prepare large meals for everyone. We even smoked two shoulder roasts on the Big Green Egg. The three comfortable couches provided all the sitting space we needed to enjoy movies at night and The Masters during the day. Outside, the we all enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the firepit and enjoying lake time on the dock and the boat we rented. Such a great place. When we return to Lake Norman and need a rental, Brenell's place will be at the top of our list.

I didn’t realize someone else live in the same building until I got check in instructions but other than that everything matched the description. Very clean and peaceful place for a staycation.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

Joe and Brandi's house was perfect for needing to have a home-away-from-home while we had some work done on our own house. Joe was super responsive and helpful in communicating with us, and the home had everything we needed to truly settle in. I was particularly grateful for a fully stocked kitchen so we could easily cook meals, and for the small items like snack bars and coffee creamer that are sadly missing from a lot of AirBnbs these days. We had two large dogs with us and Joe & Brandi were wonderful in welcoming them, and the enclosed back yard was perfect for the pups to have easy access to an off-leash place to romp during our stay. Definitely a great home for a stay in Winston-Salem!

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

We came for a soccer tournament and the place was perfect for relaxing between games! Beau was super responsive and easy to communicate with!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Best in town. I wanted to stay longer but it was a little late. Wonderful hosts. Great restaurants and brewery. All walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Exactly as the listing and comments say it is. Very clean, modern, clutter free and comfortable. Spacious and relaxing. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has ample space. Everything seemed brand new!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The place is nice, clean and private. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of stuff, you can cook fairly easily. They also have a lot of clean towels/pillows/blankets if needed. Host is very communicative, the place is great if you have a car. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone without one, you will need an uber to get anywhere. Only about a 5-7 min ride to WFU.

The place was great, super clean, comfortable couch and beds. easy to get to all your Lake Norman attractions. 5 star rating all the way!

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!
