Lovely first floor space in an old brick house. Oak hardwood floors squeaked just like my grandmas house, so I felt right at home. Large windows let in so much light. Walked half a mile to excellent restaurants.

I had a great time while in Owensboro Kentucky the place was very clean I will say the bathroom was a little tight for a married couple but it was manageable there was other people in the other units but they seemed nice and friendly just at night you do hear loud footsteps upstairs but wasn’t really bothersome i would stay here again if I was to go back definitely

This home was exactly what we needed for the weekend! Beautifully decorated, clean, uncluttered, and the location felt like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Tonya left us some very nice local snacks and that was hugely appreciated when we got in late Friday night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Owensboro!

The stay was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and had everything you needed! Only downside is there are three units and you can hear what’s going on in the units around you.

Highly recommend Nikki’s place. She was a wonderful host and was very responsive. The place was perfect for our weekend stay. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A highlight of our visit to Owensboro was enjoying this home and its large, airy deck overlooking the Ohio River. We thought it great fun to watch the river barge traffic and enjoy the birdsong and spring breezes.

Very neat place to stay. Enjoyed playing the piano to wind down the evenings.

She thought of everything at this cute spot. The bed and pillows were comfy. My fave Mexican restaurant across the street. Cute string lights outside at night. Lots of space to relax. For being on a busy street, it’s so quiet inside with all the air purifiers and fans. Never heard any of the neighbors. Very impressed and great spot to relax.
