Great cozy spot with lots of character. Comfortable stay and responsive host!

The common areas were massive and attractive, making this a wonderful place for larger groups spending time together. The kitchen was truly top notch for larger groups as well. There was not a private space outside behind the home, but the seating area in the front of the house was very nice. Amenities that were listed were all available, and the views are lovely from the top of the hill. Bobbi was very responsive and communicated any questions she had of us with clarity and respect. We are a group of coworkers traveling for a week-ling work event, and there was enough privacy for each of us. This would also be the perfect home for a group of friends or a large family. The street is a public bus route and rather busy/fast, so children and animals would need close supervision.

We had a great stay in a beautiful historic home. Sharon provided every necessity. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

We loved Jerry’s place. It was so cozy and comfy to come back to after having fun in Ogden seeing family. The kids bedroom was such a hit and the stars on the ceiling were so fun for the kids. We appreciated the nice backyard for our dog. We had everything we needed. Thank you Jerry!

A true gem. We have a 14 month old and I was so thankful to come across this listing. They have everything you NEED for a baby! Our son soo enjoyed they books, toys, crib and highchair! The baby room has outlet protectors and it was just a fun safe place for him! We will be back! Thank you so much!!

I came to Salt Lake City for a conference at the Salt Palace. Shelly’s place was located perfectly for me to walk to the convention centre! Took me 17 minutes and the walk was enjoyable. The bathroom is updated with excellent shower pressure and temperature. The kitchen was fully stocked which is important to me as I cook all of my meals. The bed was really comfortable and there was lots of extra blankets in case they were needed. The decor was great! Quirky and very clean. Shelly was friendly when I had questions and I appreciated all her suggestions and correspondence! Great price! And loved the private sitting area outside. It was a great place to sip coffee in the morning sun.

I stayed to visit friends and family. I grew up there and took my two daughters. They loved the play scape and the bunkbeds. Lots of room to sleep for everyone. Skiing is about an hour away from this location, depending on traffic. And Muller Park is a great place to do a day hike or to get in some mountain biking.

The space was easy to find, well-maintained, and wonderfully cozy. We had a five night stay-cation as we sold our house and moved out, and this was our little home away from home. There is this lovely little desk nook which was super helpful as I was still working, which shows how well thought out the space was. A huge perk is that the space is dog friendly, and Callee had lots of little helpful things to make our pup's stay that much cozier as well. The neighborhood is walkable and cute, albeit quiet and not very commercial. Parking can be challenging with the boxing studio and the restaurant across the street, but there is parking to be found. This is one of the better AirBnBs in the neighborhood: wonderfully cute, cozy, and well priced. We would stay here again if we get the chance.

I loved Jenna’s place so much that I booked another month. Highly recommended! Great WiFi, nice tv, hot showers and super comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood as well, very close to everything you need. The Handle Bar up the road is a nice watering hole.

Cute bungalow in the Aves- very close to downtown and City Creek park. Love the original art inside and hard wood floors. Everything worked perfectly.

Christie's place was perfect for our one night stay! It was clean, private, and the perfect size for me and my partner. Christie was super responsive and sweet. The listing does mention it's on-street parking but we didn't have any issues with that at all and were able to park super close. Would stay here again!

This place was the perfect location, much larger than expected, and the check in time was earlier than most places. The instructions to get inside were extremely clear, the flexible cancelation policy made travels less stressful, and the place felt like home. *the gated parking was also a great perk.

Jen's place was positively perfect for our weekend stay visiting our daughter at the U! It is decorated SO beautifully (boho-fab!), it was super comfortable and CLEAN! We walked to a great market to get a few groceries, coffee shop and brunch at Marmalade - a must. Jen and Shannon were highly responsive and welcoming. It was just a great experience all the way around!

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and quiet! Nestled into a beautiful neighborhood, really enjoyed my stay. Hosts were kind and responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again for sure!
