We had a comfortable and relaxing stay, the house was perfect for our small family. The kitchen and other amenities were exactly the support we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all of Dayton, and the hosts were very helpful. We'll be looking to stay here next time we're in town!

This place was a gem! Private electronic entry, detailed instructions, impeccably clean, spacious, and many tiny details and extras (coffee, toiletries, snacks and cold drinks, charging cords!). Everything you’d need or forgot to bring. Owners are very communicative and friendly but allowed for our privacy - we came and went as we pleased and didn’t see them in person. Location is on an expansive yard but the distant hum of the highway can be heard (but it didn’t keep us awake). Bed was comfortable and temperature was perfect. Owner accommodated a special request for us easily. Close to Cinci and Dayton as well. This was one of our most comfortable AirBnB stays. Would highly recommend and we will stay there again when we’re in the area.

A wonderful little place.If you are a couple and want a cozy place to enjoy one another's company, this is a great place to visit, and if one of you make a mistake, you can go just a short distance down the road to K.Rae Designs and buy a piece of jewelry and make it all better.We will go back if we have the chance.Thank you Gary.

Malissa's apartment was a positive part of our visit with family in Maineville. This was our third stay in one of Malissa's units and as always the apartment was immaculate, well stocked with all you need for your stay and in a great location. Check-in and check out was super easy and Malissa is always responsive to any questions we have. Staying in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory is a plus. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Paul was so welcoming and helpful. I and my future daughter in law stayed at this sweet apartment and it was perfect. We were able to visit with my sons and play games in the sitting room. I loved that we could walk to the local coffee shops, church and to campus. And we did all of that! Beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. And when we had additional requests, Paul went above and beyond to accommodate. I look forward to returning here again!

Blaine and Pam were so responsive with any questions. The location was beautiful, relaxing and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I (and our two dogs) felt very at home and very welcomed. There was some pretty severe weather and several tornado warnings at night, Blaine made an extra effort to show us where to take shelter if needed which was very comforting and very much appreciated. Harmony Farm was amazing and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Blackbird cabin was the perfect place for our Christmas get together with our dear friends from Ohio. Yes it is small and doesn’t have an oven, but it was cosy, cute and beautifully decorated for Xmas, just what this Australian was looking for. The host Jodee was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was able to offer an alternative to cook our turkey for Xmas Eve dinner. The BBQ grill worked perfectly for this conundrum. Thanks for having us!

I can not describe in words how beautiful and peaceful our stay was. The kids enjoyed fishing and swimming and we enjoyed the gazebo. Thank you so very much for a wonderful weekend.

The place is absolutely beautiful. We had a very small wedding on the property and stayed a few days after for our honeymoon. Scott was very helpful and worked with us to figure everything out. There was a homemade pie still warm when we got there, and it was the best we have ever had, along with fresh eggs. The place is very clean and very quiet. The cabin is beautiful as well as the woods around it. Would definitely recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to stay again in the future.

The cabin was spotless and very cozy. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. My girlfriends and I enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening.

Absolutely loved my stay here and even extended it by 2 days. I really enjoyed the quiet and loved being able to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and easy bird watching. The location is peaceful and out of the way but also a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Urbana, which has cute shops, coffee, a brewery and restaurants, or hiking spots. Jared and Rita were wonderful hosts - responsive, proactive and very welcoming. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unplug a bit and relax. Will definitely stay again if I get a chance!

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is well stocked, the amenities are great, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit!

Our stay at Scenic Grace Cabin was a joy. The cabin was spotless, hot tub warmed up for us, and the communication before check-in was very helpful. We loved the thoughtful touches such as the essential oil diffuser that gave a soothing atmosphere on arrival. The walkable outdoor spaces surrounding the cabin were also beautiful.
