we have stayed with Ruth and Jim before. the unit is private , cozy, beautifully decorated, homey and so perfectly stocked with everything we needed without being cluttered. What a wonderful week we had with as much communication as we wanted. We love Ruth and Jim and their sweet spot of paradise. It is so conveniently located.

Our stay at Nickie's Airbnb was truly outstanding! She is an incredibly accommodating and flexible host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and genuine kindness made us feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. Nikki’s attention to detail and commitment to her guests’ comfort is truly remarkable.

This is the 2nd time using Michelle as a host. She really keeps the place impeccably clean and adds nice touches so that you are very comfortable. If you are in st Augustine I highly recommend booking this air bnb. It’s perfect for a couple and the house to the front is great for gatherings.

Exactly as described. There are 2 comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Only negative would be that there are not any comfortable chairs to sit in, in the airbnb.

Had a great time at this Airbnb!! When me and my girlies walked in we noticed it smelt soo good!! me & my girl friends loved it! It was super clean and had dishes, cooking utensils and extra body care and toothbrushes! It was a perfect stay and the host was very responsive. I went with 3 other girls and we shared beds just fine. Patio looks so cutesy as well. Also I feel like it was so close to everything. ☺️ I will choose here again the next time I have to stay in Orlando!!

What's not to like? Right on the beach. Beautiful fireplace with ample supply of real wood for cooler evenings with gorgeous lighting. We 3 ladies loved having our own bathrooms to get ready. Beds were so comfy. Quiet but so close to restaurants. Hosts were great. Supplied us with shampoo and soaps and detergent and everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Probably the best place I've ever rented!!

Beautiful place close to everything in Orlando. The place was clean, in good condition, and very pleasant. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a good stay, from kitchen accessories to board games. It's clear that Antonia has thought of everything a guest might need and cares about making them feel at home. I will definitely book again and highly recommend it. Gracias!

We enjoyed Mike’s place. It was very clean, nice bathroom and the bed was super comfy! Having a sleek kitchen area with modern appliances made meal and snack prep a breeze. The private outside green space looked inviting, however, it rained the evening we were there so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it. The location of Mike’s place is in a well established mid century neighborhood and the surrounding area is perfect for shopping and dining. Great spot to stay.

The place was super cute and quaint with a great back yard. it was perfect for my stay and had everything I needed. Her pups were the cutest. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Krista was an awesome host and would definitely stay again. Thank you for being so kind.

Anabel’s house was perfect for our stay and a great value! We figured out how to get in (it’s to the right side and the lights are on a sensor) even in the middle of the night as we were delayed arriving. The listing and pictures are accurate so I knew what we were renting. The layout worked well for just me and my adult son and we didn’t mind the cute tiny sink. The kitchen sink is huge too. Perfect location for visiting UCF. Appreciated Anabel’s responsiveness and easy check out!

This place was wonderful. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable. The gardens were outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Again though, let me emphasize that this place is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, Caroline and her husband were very kind and helpful.

Our stay was very good. The place is well located, with clear instructions for access and a peaceful environment with no noise at night. Everything matched the photos accurately. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment, as the pans and cooking pots are quite worn and damage. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We chose Heather’s location because it was so close to the airport for our early departure the following day. The location and setting were beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed eating at the patio area right next to the lake. Beds were very comfortable and linens and towels were pristine. I would certainly not hesitate to stay with Heather again in the future.

Had an enjoyable time. We’re cyclists and the bike path is behind the house so we had easy access. The house is very clean and bright. The floors are gleaming. The living space is in the front of the house- the owner lives in back. There is a nice view. It is an easy, short drive to restaurants and stores. Chuck is very responsive. He went out of his way to make our vacation enjoyable. We would stay there again. Note: as he mentioned, there is no stove- just a hot plate. We highly recommend Chuck’s house.

This rental was spotless and I appreciated the attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. Getting to the property was a breeze, which made traveling so much less stressful. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for a truly relaxing stay. We can’t say enough about how hospitable our stay was. The home was very clean and well put together. The short walk to the beach was perfect and very safe community. David and Patti were very friendly and informative on local places to eat.
