Condo was as pictured. Unit was clean & kitchen has lots of glasses, dishes etc. Great view of pool and can see ocean in background. Beach chairs (4) and umbrellas (2) provided, no beach towels. Easy, short walk across boardwalk to beach. Conveniently located with a short drive to many delicious restaurants and shopping and short distance to downtown area. Brian was very quick to respond & proactive with checking in throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Our stay was a very last minute change of plans due to our reservation being canceled in Daytona, with no warning, and we were notified only when we tried to check in! We quickly searched for a new rental and Salty Dog came to the rescue! They had a very quick response time - which at the time, was the most important because we did not have a place to stay! They were able to quickly email me the documents for me to sign and give us the door code for immediate check in. The condo was perfect! They literally have everything you need, other than our groceries. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice to have! A HUGE bonus for the provided 5 beach chairs! They even had a cooler and umbrella in the closet for use. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and clean. I loved that they had extra cozy blankets in the closet for couch cuddles after a long beach day. Pool was clean and not crowded. And what a stunning view from a large balcony! Perfect! Can't wait to return. Thank you!

Airy was Fantastic to work with, very flexible with our check in time, very responsive to any and all communication. The Air BNB was spotless, great location, very easy check in. If you are a young family w children, or grandparents w grandchildren, this condo is exactly where ya need to stay! From the crib, to a pac n play, to a closet full of beach toys and chairs and sun umbrellas…. To an entire closet stocked w games, puzzles and a kids karaoke machine. The giant and spacious outdoor deck was the icing on the cake. The jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower were enjoyed by all. The beach is a few steps across the street (the street has a crossing light for further safety) and behind the entire complex is a wooden boardwalk safe for kids, with secret fairy gardens embedded along the route. Everyone was so kind . Our property managers Daniel and Cindy went above and beyond! My son accidentally broke off the storage key in the door lock, and maintenance was there within five minutes to assist.. very responsive and caring. The condo was stocked w essentials until we could get supplies We can’t wait to return! Thank you ! 10 star review

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

Great location for privacy. Right up to the beach. Beautiful beach area. Great outdoor pool and play ground. Perfect for kids. Not a lot around the area but it’s ok if you don’t mind driving 10-15 mins away.

We were not use to the codes and gated community but Marlene's instructions were pitch perfect for us neophytes. I asked for the instructions ahead of when they are usually given out and she accommodated right away. Also asked for a little help when getting into the TV system (Spectrum) and she got back to us right away. We spent a lot of time in the condo because the weather in January 2025 was terrible. So we enjoyed the views, the spacious condo and the boardwalk walking trail. We had a view of the ocean which was really fun. Walk to the ocean which is marvelous-when the weather cooperates. But you must drive anywhere else. But that is obvious when booking. People in the building were friendly and it was super quiet. A lovely place!

We had a lovely time. The unit was extremely clean and was well appointed. If amenities are not a concern for you, this is a great option. The beach was beautiful and not crowded.

What an amazing stay! Frida and Denver provide a great place in Daytona Beach. With beachfront access and a tiki bar out back we had the best time ever! The place itself was so beautiful inside and was clean from top to bottom. Frida and Denver did an awesome job making us feel welcome and comfortable and ensured our stay was nothing but the best!

We had a lovely stay! The condo was beautifully furnished; the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing time away.

Very nice apartment pictures are just are just as shown. Only thing we would have changed was that the indoor pool was closed along with hot tub. We know it’s March but it’s indoors we thought the indoor pool would have been open, other than that nice apartment.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay this is it. We have stayed at Jana and Dan’s condo in New Smyrna Beach twice. We loved being there both times. It’s a beautiful location and the condo looks exactly like the pictures shown on Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again. Dan and Jana are great to work with too.

The accommodation is exactly as depicted. The host is extremely responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and gives easy access to the highway. Our group was a total of 6 and everyone enjoyed their stay. We had 3 vehicles and a 32ft trailer, this space was able to accommodate it all! It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom.

Our stay on the river was wonderful. Lots of room, excellent river view from the house, great outdoor seating facing the river, and convenient to have a covered boat dock for our boat. Denise was quick to respond with any questions we had and she was extremely kind and accommodating when we had boat trailer troubles on the day of our departure. Denise’s place is definitely a good place to stay if you are looking to fish on the river or enjoy the lake (which is only a short boat ride from the house!).

We loved the charm and cleanliness of this home. We had our yearly friend reunion where we hang out and talk for 3 days straight. There were plenty of comfy areas for us to hang out! I dropped something and it rolled under the couch and there were no dust bunnies! It’s definitely cleaner than my own home so it did feel like a vacation! Our only “problems” were there was a loud noise coming from the wall and we figured out it was the American flag on the pole outside. We were able to easily remove it and stand it up properly in the corner during our stay. And the other was too much “scent” everywhere. We unplugged the plug-ins in each room and put them in a drawer and had to remove the fresh bedding which had been sprayed with some type of spray that I’m sure some people like. But we found loads of backup sheets and lots of towels. The water pressure in the main bath was amazing. The beds were all comfy! And everything was SO clean!

The condo has been very well renovated and decorated. Stayed here for work, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again with the family. Roomy wouldn't even begin to describe it, we had more than enough space.

One of my favorite air bnb’s. Beautiful home and a gorgeous neighborhood. Easy to get to, super clean, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was gorgeous and beds very comfortable. Host was super proactive and communicative! Would stay here again!

The house was not just as described — it was even better! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The design of the house is both modern and cozy, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately felt like home. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating, and the large smart TV was perfect for movie nights. This property truly exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip unforgettable.
