The location could not have been better. This house was amazing and perfect for our trip.

We had 7 people in our group and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and homey. Anne was prompt with responses and we were able to get in a little early. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

We were so close to the beach. The home was cuter than the photos. My mom and I enjoyed the sitting porch when the mornings were cold. We had a great time and enjoyed the cute little home. The home could have fit a large family.

Great place to stay pretty close to everything, was awesome to drive in the beach just a min or 2 from the home with awesome restaurants [the garlic] a sort walk or ride [crabbys] right on the beach they have awesome food as well ,Carla was a great host and will always answer u with any questions or needs

This was our second time at Patrick’s Air BnB. The unit makes you feel at home. Everything was in good repair and clean.

Overall Great experience and time our family had. Location was great. Within walking distance to Flagler Ave. The Beach views were breath taking, from early morning coffee on the porch to watching the kids play on the beach. Frank & Terri’s place had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We will book again for next year.

Absolutely beautiful location with amazing views. This house has such an amazing variety of spots to relax including a rooftop balcony, covered patio, and patio chairs closer to the beach for watching children play - all set up perfectly. Loved the native plants/flowers in the dune. Has everything you need for cooking and there is a nice grocery nearby. Perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation.

We loved our beachfront stay at Omid's condo! Beautiful view, peaceful, great amenities and easy access to beach and local dining. The balcony was perfect and watching the sunrise from bed was amazing. Snacks and full kitchen items were a plus as well as toiletries and extra linens. We hope to come back soon!

Christina’s place was perfect for our family trip to the beach. The house was very clean and inviting, the location was great for spending lots of time on the beach and walking to dinner, and it was well stocked with amenities for food prep and beach time. We’d definitely stay again.

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

Matt was a very communicative host. Gave clear instructions for the home. When we had a slight issue; he was quick with an immediate fix and offered to send out his handyman if not resolved. Overall great value and pleasant stay.

Tobin did a great job providing us with things to do in the area and places to go. I loved the privacy and the area that we stayed in. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go in the pool due to the weather but we spent most of our time on the back patio which was very nice and peaceful. We only had one major issue which was getting back in with the key lock but as soon as we called , someone was there to answer and help us get back in the house. It’s definitely a beautiful home inside and out. Definitely recommend as a nice vacation with your partner or friends.

We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

Primo property! Exceptional condo with all the luxuries of a vacation home. We were provided an easy, accurate list of entry codes etc. Use of their beach chairs was an added plus to this peaceful property! Great ocean location (no cars on the beach). Many thanks to our hosts!

If you enjoy the peace and serenity of the Ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this place. If you want fancy amenities with spacious living quarters, not a good fit. We prefer the perfect quiet view in an area that feels like your own Beach/Ocean access! We will be back!!!!

Wow! The view, the large patio with Adirondack chairs, and the beach access right out your back door! We gathered with adults and a two-year old, and it was perfect. Quirks include the single bathroom accessible only thru the bedrooms. Plus the Caribbean shower (e.g. outdoor) which was fine with us. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh, and well-provided. It’s like having your own private oceanfront cottage. Awesome!

We so loved this place!! Everything you might need was there. The street was amazingly quiet and the house was spotless. Laura has thought of everything! We will definitely stay there every time we visit Ormond beach.

The beach cottage was very nice and Natalie was a great host. Everything we needed was provided. Stayed three months and very satisfied with location and neighborhood. The weather did not cooperate but that cannot be helped . Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thank you John and Natalie😎

Luxurious house in the center of all the action! Group of 8 had so much fun on our New Smyrna Beach vacay thanks to this lovely home! Three teenagers stayed on the second floor and kept very different hours – we didn't hear them at all! We had three teenage girls in the guesthouse as well which I believe is rented separately, but worth it. No detail is spared & every accommodation is thought of, included and working. Loved the rooftop for both sunrises and sunsets – we didn't miss a single one! We can't wait to return.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The home was pristine clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Having snacks available when we arrived was very much appreciated. We plan to return.
