Colleen was such a great host. We loved our accommodations and really didn’t want to leave! The best time!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances with a scheduled rental, Dennis came through at the last minute over the New years holiday and responded promptly late in the evening to answer questions and confirm that the location could be rented on New years eve. Greatly appreciated. Being able to have balconies ocean front from both bedrooms and living room was wonderful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The first-floor location was so convenient, with easy access to the pool, hot tub, and grill area. The pool area itself was fantastic—plenty of lounge chairs, never too crowded, and overall very peaceful. The beach was just steps away, and we loved watching the breathtaking sunrises each morning. The building and grounds were impeccably maintained—everything was clean and well-kept. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on the pier, which was just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent, making the entire experience seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to return for another perfect getaway!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

This place is a 10/10 recommendation. The condo was very spacious! Everyone in my party was impressed along with how clean it was. This was probably the cleanest condo I have ever visited. The amenities were spot on perfect for a family. The people who work at this condo location were all so very nice. David was also a great host! Very informative! I will be back again.

Robert’s place was an awesome getaway place! We absolutely loved everything about the condo! Great place and great environment 🥰 The Condo was in the heart of all the entertainment and action…. Everything within walking distance!! Condo was very clean and spacious. We are looking forward to next year!

The location could not have been better. This house was amazing and perfect for our trip.

We had 7 people in our group and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and homey. Anne was prompt with responses and we were able to get in a little early. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

This apartment was very clean and free of sand (which is surprising, considering you can walk to the beach from this location). The walk to the beach was clearly marked and only 5 minutes away! Lukasz was quick to communicate and answered questions effectively. We would definitely stay here again.

We planned a n going to De Leon Springs for the whole day and wanted to stay for the night. The place is only 15 mins away from De Leon Springs and close to downtown making it distance wise convenient. It’s an adorable and well 1913 well preserved house in a safe and quiet community. My daughter’s enjoyed the loft because they had their own private place within the house. Our friends liked the place so much that they will rent it out soon to bring their families and friends and do the same itinerary we did. We had breakfast at Chicas Cuban Cafe, only 8mins away from the house and O highly recommended. We will definitely e coming back soon for summer. Thanks Sara and Chris 🤍

Great house, great location. We'd book again!

Sandra’s place was great! Very clean, the AC worked amazing, and pool yard was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a little on a chilly side for us to use the pool but we still got to enjoy the area with her hot top. We went down for bike week and it was a quick smooth ride down to all the activities in Daytona and quite compared to staying in right in the middle. Sandra was an amazing host very responsive and friendly when we saw each other the first day. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will be rebooking we loved it so much next time we come down to FL.

everything was spot on except I'm 70 and had a problem with the TVs. also, the internet, Spectrum, kept going down.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Dariya is great and her place is perfect, clean, and exactly what I’m looking for.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, appliance and utensil we might need for our 2 month stay. Ideal location, beachfront. The owner was very responsive and quickly resolved the only issue we had (accessing our streaming services on the TV's). Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb is a fantastic, family friendly, perfect location! Literally steps from the ocean and a very short walk to a little park with beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway. Not to mention morning views of manatee and dolphins and evening views of dolphins and sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Jason and Sarah❤️

Gorgeous gorgeous view!! Amazing location. We were on the 2nd floor and had a great view. We were able to walk up to load and unload car which was great. Right near the pool and beach access. Truly an amazing spot. Sat on patio for drinks and dinner. The king bed was so comfortable. My daughter wanted a bunk bed so that was a win for her. Easy entry. They let us have a late check out which we appreciated. Book it! My only complaint is the high cleaning fee. I’m actually a host myself. Your clean price is astronomically higher than anyone else. I compensated it for the view. Thanks for a great stay. Loved the Shorehom.

The condo was so spacious and open, great lighting, bright and cheery!! Everything was clean and fresh! It had a Grand view of the ocean, The Patio was large and enjoyable, just to sit there and take it all in. Absolutely loved the location, low traffic, great restaurants nearby. Plenty of options in walking distance to shop. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to enjoy our Spring Break!

This is a beautiful place on the beach. The unit was indeed pristine, as advertised. Very clean, quiet, very well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels are high quality. Using the keypad was easy. One thing I particularly liked was all of the interior lighting, which was ample and often dimmable (my stay was in the winter when it gets darker earlier). This was my first Airbnb experience (yeah, I know 🙂), and I was very happy with it from start to finish. Thank you for allowing me to use your unit! I would rent it again.

We have stayed here twice and Reggie’s place has always exceeded expectations! When we checked in, lights were on for us and music was playing—it was so welcoming. We would recommend Reggie’s place without hesitation!
