The stay was amazing! It felt like I was right at home! Everything was within distance, from the beach to local shops to local restaurants. I’m hoping to come back soon!

If you're in town for something at the Ocean Center, you're right there behind it. Perfect location for downtown Daytona if you prefer to not be right on the beach. Walking distance to the beach, things to do and restaurants. Red Bud Cafe is THE breakfast place...and it's only a half-mile walk. Clean, comfortable location with your own covered parking in back.

Great location for anything in Daytona beach with plenty of amenities. Room was updated recently and was very clean. Robert was great to deal with prior to check in. Always prompt with his responses.

Racheal was extremely helpful even before check in!! The area was very nice and the building was clean and staff were friendly. The room itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! There were a few places that could use a paint touch up or repair, but honestly I expect that from high tourist areas like Daytona (some people just don’t know how to respect other peoples property!). The only true downfall of the room was the bathroom size, which I understand can’t be helped. Although it is updated and clean, there’s no room to change and barely room to open/shut the bathroom door without having to step into the shower. The room itself is beautiful, the balcony is nice and the area, even though it is quite central, is quiet. I was honestly surprised at how peaceful the beach was for it being the middle of June!! It was never too crowded or rowdy! All in all, I highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect stay for a home away from home!

I was a little hesitant before checking in because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I opened the door I was wowed by the nice decor, super cleanliness and all the amenities and comforts in the unit. The beds were very comfortable, a ton of drawer space and the unit itself was very roomy. We had plenty of towels, including pool towels. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus!! The property is great if you come with kids. It’s huge! Common areas were very clean and well maintained. Resort communication was amazing; everyday I would receive a text with activities going on throughout the day. Property was in a perfect location! We booked this last minute and were so thankful it was available. Rob and Julia were quick to respond when I had any questions and were very nice. Will definitely come back!!!

This was a great family beach getaway! Kids loved the pools, splash pad and lazy river. I enjoyed walks on the beach! Perfect!

Awesome little resort in a great area. Staff was great, Johnny especially was nice when my grandson was ill. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed and it was all new!

Dayhana is a very sweet host. She has thought of everything. We immediately felt at home. Ive stayed at several Airbnb places and i dont know of a nicer host and place to stay. Highly recommend staying here.

The stay at Roger's place was just as described and spacious enough for our family of 4! He kept it very clean and it had plenty of extra linens like blankets, pillows, and towels that came in handy! I especially enjoyed the selection of books he had and the record player that was there! The only thing that could have made it better was not in Roger's hands as the place was still in construction due to the hurricanes from the past and had to walk around for the beach access from the back of the hotel and the amenities not being available due to the pre storms. The Dennys across the street would have been nice but we walked over and they werent taking costumers due to no staff. There wasnt much parking in front either. Like I said it had nothing to do with the host himself though! Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thanks for letting us be a part of your home for a couple of days!

Ashley was a great host! Ashley responded quickly and was very clear and concise. We loved the convenience of this room. You are only seconds away from your vehicle on the second floor. We loved the backdoor out to the courtyard, beautiful view! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and roomy. Lots of restaurants and only minutes to Daytona International Speedway. We had the best time 😁

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our one night stay close enough to everything with a short Uber ride but far away that we weren’t kept up by the big party happening down the way. We really appreciated the futon being put together for us when we got there! Overall I would definitely stay again!!

Love the fountain I have stayed there for years but never through Airbnb. Really liked I could get in a little early and it was separate from the hotel itself as far as housekeeping and front desk felt more private that way. Randolph was very accommodating and I loved there were so many towels. Great space will definitely be back.
