Wonderful house exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood very close to the university. House is spacious and very clean. It's actually across the street from a brewery and little market with live music. It was perfect to come back to the house after a long day and just walk across the street for dinner. Heather was a great host and super responsive! She was able to message me for an early check in after the cleaning crew was done. The backyard is also super cute with a sitting area and all fenced in for our pup! Would totally stay here again and would recommend to all!

We had multiple family members meeting together and had plenty of space. Very convenient to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Safe surroundings and all around good stay. Would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly what we needed for a family beach vibe getaway. The garden was fully fenced in, perfect for the dogs to safely explore, and was so peaceful and beautiful.

Mallory place was exactly like the photos. Her place was great! I would definitely rent again. Mallory was a great host. The house has everything you need. Great place ! Thank you Mallory for having such a great house.

This was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of room and the media room was really enjoyable.

Great place to stay pretty close to everything, was awesome to drive in the beach just a min or 2 from the home with awesome restaurants [the garlic] a sort walk or ride [crabbys] right on the beach they have awesome food as well ,Carla was a great host and will always answer u with any questions or needs

This place is a little piece of heaven that I wish we could have spent more time at. I have 2 children ages 10 and 8. They absolutely loved feeding the goats and pigs fresh fruit and vegetables. They had a name picked out for each one of the animals. The home is straight out of a Joanna Gaines design which is our favorite feeling. I highly recommend a stay here for the experience. Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Jenny was amazing. She always responded quickly and was all over any requests I made. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Jenny. The house was plenty big and fairly well equipped. We had a dog that enjoyed the fenced in yard.

It was a wonderful place to stay, great neighborhood and very well kept. Location was great, close to a lot of thing's to do. We enjoyed the pool and all the accommodations. We'll definitely be back!

This apartment was very clean and free of sand (which is surprising, considering you can walk to the beach from this location). The walk to the beach was clearly marked and only 5 minutes away! Lukasz was quick to communicate and answered questions effectively. We would definitely stay here again.

The layout was very nice and has comfortable beds. There was no tanks for the grill so we could not cookout. The kitchen needs dish rags. The outlet in the main bathroom did not work. We were very appreciative that the owner sent someone to fix the kitchen sink while we were there. The pool area is nice but desperately needs some comfortable lounge chairs. Great kitchen space and living room. Overall it was a great house for 8 guests!!

The place was excellent!!! Futons had foam pads to add to comfort and everything was easy to use and access! Pool was a hit with the kids and we would definitely stay again!

This was my 2nd stay and just as good as the first. Wonderful hosts, clean clean everything, and a peaceful location only minutes from grocery, etc. Will always be on my Wishlist for this area. Highly recommend!

We so loved this place!! Everything you might need was there. The street was amazingly quiet and the house was spotless. Laura has thought of everything! We will definitely stay there every time we visit Ormond beach.

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Aurelia's place was a perfect fit for my time in the area. The location is a short walk to the beach. There are many local attractions and restaurants worth exploring. Her place was perfect for resting up, relaxing & getting ready for more adventures.

This place is great! Very cozy very clean the people that work there are so nice!

Very very comfy space. I would absolutely stay again. We felt very welcomed and it was a super plus that they had a safe place for our motorcycles. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Very nice house on a quiet street. Easy to get in and out. Samantha's instructions were clear and informative. We had no issues at all and the stay was great. Looked exactly like the pictures and was a very cozy home that is spacious. We loved how close it was to the speedway and the malls/food. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
