The house was conveniently located for visiting nearby family. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The kitchen is well stocked with quality glasses and dishes. The appliances were excellent and made our stay easier. Enjoyed the screened in porch and sitting by the pool in the morning. Lots of room to spread out. Bedrooms were very comfy. I didn’t see any outlets in the bathrooms, so keep that in mind if you rely on electric personal grooming tools. Angelina was incredibly responsive and addressed any questions quickly . Thank you for sharing this home with us.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

Leigh Ann met us when we arrived several hours earlier than expected; she welcomed us and explained a few of the nuances of the rental. The inside of the house was spotless, and well-decorated with eclectic objects de art and a collection of musical instruments (she mentioned that she and her partner are musicians...) The windows are covered in blackout curtains to keep out the hot summer Florida sun, but were easily pulled back to let in a bit more of the cooler early spring sun. The house has a heated pool and a jacuzzi, but it was a bit too early in the spring for us to take advantage of the pool. All in all, we were very happy with the house during our stay.

This was BY FAR one of THE best air bnb I have stayed at. Everything was clean, everything worked. Wifi was awesome! These hosts are excellent and air bnb should be proud of them! Absolutely will be staying here again. If you get cold bring an extra blanket! Cause even the AC was great! Thank you Jesse and Otto! Thank you so much for having us! Hope you got some laughs off the ring camera of us dancing on bikes!

What an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight—perfect for relaxing day or night. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Hollie answered every question I had and was quick to respond!! Beach was 6 minute drive from the house! Cute restaurants on the water. And a target 15mins away for the rain day we had with all the kids. The pool was incredible and got used the most out of our stay!

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Megan’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy spring break with our family of four along the Daytona Beach Shores area. The condo was comfortable, stylish and had all the amenities of home, making us immediately comfortable. The building location is right on the beach and sunsets from the dining room table were amazing each day. Only niggle with our stay was the elevator in the building. Only one elevator functioned during our stay, so wait times were extended for sure and we found ourselves trekking down 16 flights of stairs to exit on a number of occasions once waiting more than 10 mins. If you are traveling with older folks, you’ll need to pack your patience for sure. Otherwise fantastic stay and we had a great spring break. Thank you!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

The Dancing Octopus was super cute, comfortable and well located. Stacy and Michael were great hosts. The beach bikes are a nice way to get around; it’s a quick ride to the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Garlic and Norwood’s Treehouse. Flagler Avenue is also within walking or biking distance. The place is so well located, easy to get in, and the complex is nice. Stacy always responded to me quickly, and they were very flexible, helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again if and when I return to New Smyrna Beach.

My husband and I have not stopped raving about this place since we got there. We did not want to leave. It is such a peaceful and calm place to be. It had everything we needed for the perfect trip! 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was beautiful and clean. They supplied everything we needed for our beach vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves every day. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.
