Had a really great stay here. Close to everything. Beautiful resort. Lots to do and the staff was always friendly. The bed was comfy, which is very important to me, and although outside was very noisy from bike week you would never know it from the room. In walking distance to almost anything you would need. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The panoramic ocean views were absolutely stunning, making for the perfect relaxing getaway. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was clean and inviting. While the facility pools were unfortunately damaged by a recent hurricane, this was beyond the owner’s control and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront retreat!

The view from the living room and kitchen is amazing, especially at sunrise, and the location is unbeatable. There is so much to do within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent a fantastic 10 days at Villa Halifax. Maureen and Michael were excellent hosts. The Villa was very clean, comfortable and well presented. It has all the amenities and comforts that we needed. The location was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed going for walks along the inland waterway in the morning and evening. We would be happy to stay there again if we return to Daytona Beach.

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

Really loved this place, and loved the country c diner which was within walking distance. Loved the deck and dock right out the back door. I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this one was one of my favorites!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The stunning views and incredible amenities had us spending more time enjoying the home than exploring the town. From the beach chairs and hot tub to the grill, everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, making it easy and enjoyable to cook breakfast, lunch, and even grill burgers—while soaking in the most amazing beach view! The layout of the home gave us the freedom to tailor the experience to our group's needs. Whether someone wanted to relax with a nap or head to the beach, it was effortlessly convenient. The beds were so comfy, ensuring restful nights, and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. This home had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect destination for our Daytona trip. We’re already looking forward to planning future stays here!

Luxurious house in the center of all the action! Group of 8 had so much fun on our New Smyrna Beach vacay thanks to this lovely home! Three teenagers stayed on the second floor and kept very different hours – we didn't hear them at all! We had three teenage girls in the guesthouse as well which I believe is rented separately, but worth it. No detail is spared & every accommodation is thought of, included and working. Loved the rooftop for both sunrises and sunsets – we didn't miss a single one! We can't wait to return.

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

We cannot say enough about our stay. We had an amazing time with eight people in the home. Two parents with five teenagers who had plenty to do. We were able to enjoy the beautiful dock to go fishing, rented a boat for the day, drive easily into Jacksonville for a Jaguar’s football game, drive to Orlando to pick up one of the teenagers from the airport and have an amazing crab pot dinner. To get to nice grocery stores, shopping, and good restaurants, most places were a 15 to 20 minute drive but everything was worth it. The house was wonderfully stocked with extra toiletries, pool toys, fishing poles, pantry items, spices, dishes, and beach towels. The teenagers, especially loved the ping pong table, the local beach, and how fun it was to catch so many fish. The only negative to the trip was the jacuzzi gave us some trouble, we had some critters here and there (but to be expected in that environment), and the spiral staircase can be difficult to get up and down. We can’t wait to return.

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

Everything was perfect! There are many things to do inside the building as well as outside, the days go by quickly, I definitely recommend it, beautiful views of the sea, the pools, the boardwalk. I will rent it again for my next vacation.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Megan’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy spring break with our family of four along the Daytona Beach Shores area. The condo was comfortable, stylish and had all the amenities of home, making us immediately comfortable. The building location is right on the beach and sunsets from the dining room table were amazing each day. Only niggle with our stay was the elevator in the building. Only one elevator functioned during our stay, so wait times were extended for sure and we found ourselves trekking down 16 flights of stairs to exit on a number of occasions once waiting more than 10 mins. If you are traveling with older folks, you’ll need to pack your patience for sure. Otherwise fantastic stay and we had a great spring break. Thank you!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful beach. The property itself was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Kelly was amazing and very understanding. I would highly recommend her place to stay if you are ever in the Daytona area. The view from the room was amazing of the Daytona beach. Easy access to the beach. And close to some amazing restaurants.
