Townhome is in the perfect location. Close to Publix, restaurants, shops and parks. Very clean home, nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the pond. We even had the pleasure of seeing a family of deer! Pool area has a resort vibe with a clubhouse, restaurant and small arcade. Excellent communication with our hosts. Highly recommend !

Beautiful house and area! Also a lot of neighborhood animals (peacocks, cats, even found a turtle in the backyard). One of the cats was so sweet and cuddled with us on the porch in the mornings (long hair orange cream color). Super walkable location, amazing value and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at Kurt’s condo and loved the area! The updated kitchen was super cute and the decor was nice and updated. The complex had a great pool where we could sit on chillier days, and the beach was beautiful with plenty of space to sit, take walks, and hunt for shells. Wonderful restaurants all around the area, and the historic district of St Augustine was fun to explore!

Fantastic place to stay for a month! Kitchen had everything you need. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Good wifi for working. Bathrooms well stocked with towels etc. We highly recommend!

While the space is cozy, the view was absolutely worth it with a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Well furnished for cooking in the room. Part of a mixed building with hotel and condos, but everything went well. Great pool area, easy to get down to the beach. Florence was very responsive to the couple of issues we had.

We loved everything about our stay. This was our second stay at a different time of the year, and both times were wonderful. My family appreciates how cozy the Airbnb is and how we feel so welcome. It is in a great location surrounded by the friendliest people, beautiful beach, and amazing food.

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We loved our stay! We give this house 5 stars and would recommend this place to others. The home was clean, had comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone! We felt right at home! The pool was clean and a good size. The location is great-close to plenty of places to shop, eat, and check out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My teenage boys also enjoyed the workout facilities at the club house. This home was perfect for our family! Thank you!!!

Monica and Sebastian have a beautiful place, home feeling and absolutely beautiful. Getting into the place was easy and getting in the home was very easy too. We were very happy with our stay.
