Property was as pictured and as described. Check-in, stay and checkout were all very smooth. This is a good midtown location with plenty of good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Convenient to downtown as well. Good value.

We had everything we needed and more for our stay! The house is spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. We enjoyed using the deck area and pool. Gregg was a wonderful host; helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here again for sure next time we come to Tallahassee!

This is the second year in the row I have booked this place for work to take some youth up to the capital to speak with legislation about their advocacy work and they have loved it both times! There is plenty to do, lots of space, had all the essentials, and had many rooms to be able to separate the girls and boys! We highly recommend this home for big groups or families and we look forward to staying here again next year! Thank you for helping make this a memorable trip for our teens!

Great location! We were in town to visit FSU and the surrounding area. Only 8 minutes to FSU but in a quiet neighborhood to relax at the end of the day. Plenty of space with everything we needed.

I was very happy with our stay. The kids loved the pool and the playroom set up in the garage. I do think the host needs a better cleaning person because the walls still had silly string and some black residue on the couch was left, I am assuming by the previous guest. Despite that the stay was good and I most likely will stay again. The host was very prompt to any concerns I had. Thank you!

Great Stay, Just a Minor Issue I had a great stay at Olivia's place! The home was comfortable, well-located, and had all the essentials for a pleasant visit. The check-in process was smooth, and Olivia was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The space itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it a great choice for anyone visiting Tallahassee. The only downside was that some of the walls could use a bit of cleaning or fresh paint. It didn’t affect my overall experience, but a little touch-up would make the space feel even more inviting. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this Airbnb to others. With a small update, it would be absolutely perfect!

This home and surroundings is beautiful, it was a huge backyard that is very private. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall great place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic and the house is absolutely beautiful with so many little details and eclectic decor. Such a great stay for our large group. I highly recommend it and we plan to come back next time family is in town!

Lori Very responsive goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy communicates very well did maintenance check on us to make sure everything was good if anything wasn't she fixed immediately took care of it we were there for a few months and we will probably be back in about a month or so thank you for everything that you did Lori we greatly appreciate it the guys enjoyed the place

The Little House was a quaint, quiet place to stay. Natalie has done a terrific job of refurbishing the house but still keeping the feel of an old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to visiting again when in the area.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at this wonderful home! I love the layout and the large bedrooms! There is such a precious peace and quiet on Lake Seminole, and James and Jen have done a wonderful job providing a pristine and well furnished home to enjoy our time with our family in the area. We always have great communication and we feel so comfortable and "at home". It is most definitely our little slice of Heaven!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. It was like being at home. We honestly didn't want to leave. We will definitely be booking from Georgia again!! We enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire pit in the backyard. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the recliners and looking out at the lake. This was the relaxing few days my little family needed. And at such an affordable price!

House is as described in listing. Everything was clean and plenty of linens. Good selection of kitchen utensils and cookware. Very peaceful and private, great after a days work. Instructions on access were clear and easy to follow. Had a couple of issues with appliances which can happen. Host was responsive and other issues didnt hamper things much at all.

We stayed here for a wedding which was less than half a mile away so it worked out perfectly. The house was great - clean, and comfortable. The house is also really close to downtown square. Michele was always very responsive and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - I recommend!

Great place to stay overnight on a long drive. The area has some nice parks and was quiet enough for me! Recommended if you're looking to get out of an urban setting for awhile! Terry also left me some treats for Valentine's Day!
