We had a wonderful stay, very clean, and accommodated our group well. We enjoyed some fishing on the dock!

The house is spacious inside and out. The yard is mostly fenced in and some treats and poop bags were provided for our dogs. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding and blankets. Filtered water was provided along with tea and coffee. The host was very responsive and the place was perfect. We will be staying here again if we come back to the area!

House is as described in listing. Everything was clean and plenty of linens. Good selection of kitchen utensils and cookware. Very peaceful and private, great after a days work. Instructions on access were clear and easy to follow. Had a couple of issues with appliances which can happen. Host was responsive and other issues didnt hamper things much at all.

This is a very nice and private place. No neighbors means it was nice and quiet! I’m glad we found it during daylight the first time going, because it would have been a little tricky at night. Instructions are great, but it was a very dark night and there are no signs on the road, which does help keep it private and secure, so we understood why it wasn’t marked more. The house is lovely and clean. We all loved the layout of the house and the art throughout. The property is pretty, and I’m sure we would have enjoyed it more had we been there at a different time of year. They had gotten a lot of rain before we visited, so the gnats made it difficult to be outside much at all in the Bainbridge area. I did, however, brave the gnats to photograph the beautiful magnolia trees, as well as photographing the beautiful foggy morning we woke up to on our last day at the house. I would recommend this place, especially to those with children and pets.

This place is the cutest!! I was obsessed with the charm and nostalgia of the decor. I loved the spacious bathrooms. The sun porch was perfect for my morning coffee , which was complementary. Definitely worth the stay!

Property was as pictured and as described. Check-in, stay and checkout were all very smooth. This is a good midtown location with plenty of good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Convenient to downtown as well. Good value.

We had everything we needed and more for our stay! The house is spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. We enjoyed using the deck area and pool. Gregg was a wonderful host; helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here again for sure next time we come to Tallahassee!

This home and surroundings is beautiful, it was a huge backyard that is very private. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall great place to stay.

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

Our stay was fantastic and the house is absolutely beautiful with so many little details and eclectic decor. Such a great stay for our large group. I highly recommend it and we plan to come back next time family is in town!

Great communication. A off the main road more private community, parking on site and included was a must, pool access, everything we needed for the week! Pet friendly was a major plus, since we take our dog everywhere! Living room, dining room and kitchen area were nice for our family to spend time together. The shared bathroom upstairs was spacious and still gave us the separation we needed and never felt we were on top of each other. The two floors were great to spread out. Front porch was great to sit out in the sun. Relish was a hit for a cheaper quick burger joint right down the street. Publix was also within minutes driving distance for groceries. Other great restaurants within driving distance were a hit each night out. The place was cleaned, set up with kitchenware and linens, great decor, and ready for us to slide right in for our week. Would stay again, especially with such a great host that made the stay very easy.

Great comfy spot! Felt right at home and more than adequate amenities! We will certainly be looking for an opening next time we need to be in Tally.

Beautiful historical home with lots of personal details. Felt comfortable and right at home. Added bonus is Debra is a MT and I booked an appointment with her, hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Enjoyed the hospitality and conversation.

The Little House was a quaint, quiet place to stay. Natalie has done a terrific job of refurbishing the house but still keeping the feel of an old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to visiting again when in the area.

We are so grateful for how peaceful and relaxing this place was. My Mama and I were traveling between a few locations to see extended family. Sandra’s place was the perfect location and tranquil atmosphere needed between visits with loved ones. We definitely recommend staying here!

fantastic time, relaxing, quiet environment. very dog friendly with an enclosed front yard, easy access to the lake and plenty room for fishing off the deck. will come back in the future.
