Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Salanti ! Tout correspondait à ce à quoi nous nous attendions et même plus encore. Le logement est impeccable et charmant, et l'environnement est merveilleux. Nous avons bien profité des commodités proposées notamment la superbe plage et le kayak, nous permettant de nous baigner quotidiennement dans ce cadre superbe, d'autant plus appréciable en fin octobre quand on vient du nord de la France comme nous :) Petros nous a donné des instructions très claires sur l'arrivée le départ etc, il était aussi très réactif (réponse immédiate) lorsque nous avions des questions. Bref, nous vous recommandons d'y aller les yeux fermés, un vrai havre de paix, idéal si vous cherchez le calme et la beauté.

Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Très confortable, bien placé. Excellent en tout point. Anna était un hôte vraiment gentille et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et on reviendra à coup sûr.

Charmante maison au calme et à proximité du petit centre ville et de la plage. La grande terrasse est particulièrement agréable, avec vue mer au loin. J'y ai séjourné 1 semaine, en télétravaillant (excellente connexion internet). Je recommande le logement !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le duplex de Periklis que nous n avons jamais rencontré ,mais avec qui la communication a été aisée. Nous avons apprécié la situation au calme, à 20 minutes à pieds du port et pratique pour rayonner dans toute l île. L appartement est spacieux, au style très épuré à l étage, sans trop de charme, cosy au rez de chaussée, belle terrasse sans vis à vis. Ustensiles de bases dans la cuisine très limite . Propreté irréprochable de l ensemble.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

This lovely house is a dream come true! Family members stayed here for one week while we stayed at the owner’s other property, close by. The combination of the two was a perfect match for all, giving us the luxury of proximity and complete independence. Both houses are so well appointed. We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

It was really nice to stay at Kosta's! The location is great - close to Psyri and in a walking distance from a lot of things to do. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, except upon arrival and depture. The house was cozy and welcoming and nice snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was very cute. The upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Every days they played a lot of instruments and dragged a lot of furniture. On the weekend it was until very late at night and in the middle of the week until around 11 at night.

My first time in Athens and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The home was as described and was very well suited to my taste.. perfect minimalist approach with the right balance of modern amenities. Pygmalion is very prompt and had great suggestions. Thank you for the great suggestion of the terrace bar.. it was a perfect 360 end to my vacation.. Had a week stay and was able to work from there.. The location is spot on with easy access to restaurant, cafes and the tourist attraction.

Loved this place so much that we came back ! Walkable distance to the centre of the town, super clean, lots of balconies and the rooftop is amazing with 4 lounge chairs ! Krassy is super nice and answer super quickly she was also flexible on the check out. Definitely recommend

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

Amazing airbnb, host helped us arrange transportation from the airport and the driver was very kind and knowledgeable about the apartment and took the time to explain it all to us. Lovely apartment with wonderful restaurants nearby!

This apartment was perfect! It was so lovely and the balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the Acropolis and Zeus' Temple...along with the fun Athens neighborhood activities. It was easy to get to everything on foot and see the sites, Plaka shopping and great restaurants. We highly recommend this place and Athanosios was super responsive and helpful along the way!

Once in a while, I have an Air BnB stay that I will NEVER forget. One where not only the space is memorable but the hosts unforgettable. I left feeling as if I’d stayed in luxury and made new special friends. The location was close enough to both beaches or the marina - just a very pretty 15-20 mins walk. The apartment was fabulous! Above and beyond what I expected. The bed and pillows super comfy and the lounge felt like home - not just functional like so many other Airbnbs. The artistic finishing touches made it distinctive. There is a shared entrance with a dinning area used by both apartments, however I never saw the other guests at all. The client was SUPER RESPONSIVE. I had read every previous review and could see every single comment had influenced the attention to details. For example, one review suggested curtains over a glass door and they were now provided. 5 star hotel facilities in private surrounding. Thank you so much guys! See you next year ;)

Staying was wonderful. 100% comeback to this apartment, unimaginable impressions.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.

Zhana was an amazing host. Contacted us weeks before to arrange a ride to and from the airport. Also checked in on us to make sure we had rides places. The place was extremely clean. It was a great location! We were made to feel right at home right way and made sure we were always comfortable! The hot tub was fabulous and worked great! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
