We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen ruhigen Urlaub. Als wir ankamen hat uns Nelly schon sehr freundlich erwartet. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt . War immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und auf der Terasse konnte man morgens frühstücken. Jeden Tag wurden geputzt bzw. die Böden durchgewischt, das fand ich persönlich sehr gut. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Gläser haben, aber sonst ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool war der Hit. Relativ groß, also vollkommen ausreichend mit schönen gepolsterten Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Sehr schöner Garten. Die Gegend ist für uns die Schönste , man kann verschiedene Strände mit dem Auto schnell erreichen, in die Stadt zum Essen gehen oder Ausflüge machen. Da wir nur eine Woche da waren , haben wir die tollen Strände sehr genossen.

An oasis of tranquility by the sea. Something that doesn't seem possible, next to such a frequented place, as Paralia Katerini. But with Karin, it is. I could not believe how close we were to Katerini, and yet, it seems so isolated. Unbelievable! The public beach is just a few steps from Karin's private beach and yet, on Karin’s beach it is completely quiet, no one disturbs you, only the waves can be heard. You feel as if you have your own house, on the beach. Because Karin is so friendly and hospitable that you really feel at home. Karin has a cute bistro, where you can get refreshments while you sit on the beach. The place is so beautifully decorated and is so close to local restaurants that you don't want to go anywhere else. The house is very ingeniously built, very beautiful and clean. Wonderful hosts, dedicated and involved. They responded promptly, quickly and were very helpful to us. Thank you, Karin! 🙏

Dirk has an amazing house. Huge living room, and huge yard. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's located 2km from the beach, but that's actually a plus - you are away from the crowd and the noise. Highly recommend !

Morfo's house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Sykia. It was very clean and comfy exactly as described in the description. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and there is a huge and very beautiful garden where you can spend your time with your family. Morfo was a super friendly and nice host and gave us a lot of recommendations for good shops, restaurants, and other things in the area. Highly recommend Morfo as a host and her house for your vacations in Sykia, Greece.

The place is wonderful - right next to the beach. Our host Emmanouil was responsive, communicative and friendly, making us feel at home. We felt like a part of his family. The place looked like in the pictures and even better - there two places on the outside where you can sit and relax. The inside is fully equipped, clean and tidy. We had a great Greek vacation. Highly recommended host and place!

Aglaia was very welcoming and friendly and responded quickly to our requests. The property location is magnificent. It is situated near the very end of the village in a quiet area, on the best beach of Scala Marion. The beach itself is right at the front door. The house is nice however the furniture and the bathroom could use some renovation. The garden is very cozy and nicely decorated and illuminated during the night. Also, it was relaxing and refreshing during the midday heat. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.
