It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

From the very first day here we felt the assistance and support of the hosts! They are very friendly, always open to help and communicate. The place itself looks the same as in the pictures with a great garden full of fruit trees! We like it here very much! Supermarket is close, beach, bakeries etc. just 3 mins by car! It’s very convenient, it’s calm and peaceful here! We advice everyone come and feel all the fresh sea air here one day! It’s worth it! Thank you once again, Alexia and Stathis and allllll the wonderful pets you have!

Πρόκειται για ένα καλαίσθητο σπίτι, φτιαγμένο με μεράκι και έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια. Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει μεγάλη σαλοκουζίνα καθώς και WC ενώ στο δεύτερο όροφο δύο πολύ άνετα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα εξίσου μεγάλο μπάνιο. Ο κήπος του σπιτιού είναι εξαιρετικός ενώ η τοποθεσία του τέτοια ώστε να έχει ησυχία αλλά ταυτόχρονα να σου επιτρέπει να μεταβείς στη πλατεία με τα πόδια. Ο Λευτέρης είναι υπόδειγμα ιδιοκτήτη. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος και μας έδωσε εξαιρετικές προτάσεις για φαγητό αλλά και περιπατητικές διαδρομές.

The garden was really very very nice. Forget about everything else, the garden is enough to decide to stay here. Plus the only-3-minute-walk to the beach. We were two families (with one kid each). I, my wife and son stayed in the caravan. It was much better for us since we are actually caravan people. The other family stayed in the house which was small but enough for 3 persons. Using separate spaces is great when you are two families. The stuff in the house and the caravan may seem old at first, but they are both clean. I felt very comfortable in the caravan. My friend who slept at the sofa in the house had slight complaints but it is no big deal (I think). There is a shower in the garden, as well ad the garden is just as it looks in the pictures. All in all, you spent most of the time in the garden (if summer) which is great, especially if you have kids. Sarantis was so friendly, nice and helpful. He even helped us with the internet connection which did not exist before us.

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser herrlichen Gegend - Mitte September war der lange Strand (besonders wenn man ein Stück Richtung Develiki gegangen ist) fast menschenleer. Im 5 km entfernten Ierissos gibt es viele gute Restaurants und 2 große Supermärkte. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, darunter hat Eva eine Wohnung, die sie nur zu Ferienzwecken nutzt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer ist wunderbar - wir haben sie schon beim Frühstück genossen. Wohnung geräumig und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Sehr sauber. Für Naturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen!

A very nice house right in front of the beach. Beautiful surroundings and yard. As long as the two bedrooms are enough, this is a perfect place for a sea vacation.

Meletis ist ein toller Gastgeber, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus mit dem netten Garten liegt zwar mitten im Ort, aber man kann den Strand gut zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Bäckereien in der Nähe.

This house us in a wonderful location, set in a farm and olive grove. It is completely relaxing. Whilst near some beaches by foot, a car is recommended to fully exploit all the beaches of the island. Pantelis was a great host, very responsive and kind.

We spent almost a month in Lena’s beautiful cottage And we had a very good time. The cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family and has everything you need. The yard is filled with olive trees, lots of shade. quite a few vegetables and it was perfect for our labrador. O yeah, the house is pet friendly. The sea it’s right across the street and there are nice taverns close by. The sunsets are amazing to watch from the small terrace and about Lena... she was one of the nicest and most welcoming hosts we’ve met so far.

Dimitris is great host, always willing to help and responsive. We had a pleasant experience . Thank to Dimitris and his father, we had impressionable memory from this holiday.

The place is amazing, right on the beach. The house is equipped with everything needed. I highly recommend it for a great vacation. Kostas is very nice and friendly, he responded very quickly and he let us check in a bit early because we arrived earlier than expected. Everything was perfect the only small minus are the neighbours who were not that friendly and complained few times about the noice, but we were with small kids and tried to keep quiet as much as possible.

Снимките и описанието бяха съвсем точни. Хубава къща, налични са всички удобства за комфортен престой, както в кухнята, така и в останалите помещения. Благодаря, на семейството на Николас за топлото посрещане и комплимента в хладилника!

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende Oktober bei Ioannis und haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Abgeschieden und alleine (im Sommer wohnt die Schwester im ersten Stock) liegt diese Wohnung im Stil einer alten Landvilla mit idyllischem Garten - ein Mietauto ist hier Pflicht. Dafür kann man von hier aus Touren ins Umland starten oder den in der Nähe gelegenen Strand genießen. Der Weg geht eine kleine Böschung hinab, mit unseren beiden Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre) haben wir den Weg aber gut hinbekommen. Gefährte mit Rädern oder Wassersportgeräte sind eher schwer den Hang hinunter zu bekommen. Der Strand ist ca. 2m Breit und es geht flach hinaus - mir etwas Schlick - dafür ist man komplett alleine - und kann gut schnorcheln. Ein Strand von 10km Ausdehnung beim Schiffswrack ist in 15min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ioannis war fantastisch - und immer zu erreichen sowie sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche als Familienurlaub im Haus von Paraskevi verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Meerblick, Wellenrauschen bei offenem Fenster. Nur eine Treppe trennt das Haus vom Strand. Es Empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu haben, da nächstes Restaurant oder Supermarkt ein paar Kilometer entfernt sind. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden und frisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden die schönen Abende auf der Terrasse mit Grill und Meerblick sehr vermissen und wollen bereits nächstes Jahr wiederkommen! :)

Τόσο ο κ. Χρήστος όσο και η κα. Σοφία είναι δύο οικοδεσπότες με ευγένεια και καλοσύνη απέναντι στον φιλοξενούμενο. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα ήταν η διάθεση τους να βοηθήσουν και να μας εξυπηρετήσουμε. Όμορφο περιβάλλον, καθαρό και ήσυχο!
