Къщата, верандата, терасата и градината са страхотни! Изкарахме си чудесно с двете ни кучета, които не спряха да тичат из градината. Единственото, което не ни допадна е близостта на магистралата и шумът от преминаващите автомобили, но може би се свиква след два-три дни:)

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern. Der flexible Self Check-In war auch sehr einfach zu realisieren. In der Unterkunft selbst hat es an nichts gemangelt, alles was in der Beschreibung genannt wurde, war auch dort zu finden. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, denn ich würde sie bei Gelegenheit selbst auch noch mal buchen. :-)

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Großzügiger Außenbereich und ruhige Nachbarschaft! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und abgeschieden, aber gleichzeitig nicht weit entfernt von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und auf alle unsere Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub sucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Το σπιτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο νησί της Λήμνου. Αρκετά προσεγμένο το εσωτερικό και πολύ όμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο Γιώργος πολύ κατατοπιστικός και φιλικός. Όταν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Λήμνο ( που θα γίνει σύντομα) θα το προτιμήσουμε.

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Sie hat alles geboten was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Der Check in war flexibel und uns wurde auch ein späterer Check out angeboten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Harry gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Sonnenaufgang vom Bett/Balkon oder der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Eine wundervolle Gegend, schön und ruhig. Ein Grand Masoutis ist in der Nähe und die Stadt Nea Moudania ist toll für Einkaufsbummel an bewölkten Tagen, wenn man nicht nach Pefkochori oder Kassandria runter fahren will. Es gibt viele Restaurants in nächster Umgebung, zum Beispiel in Nea Potidea und Nea Fokea. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - alle Möbel sind Massivmöbel, die alle sehr stabil und von höchster Qualität sind. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche riechen frisch und sauber, sogar die Decke vom Sofa. Ich liebe den Duft vom Bad im Erdgeschoss. Kleiner Tip, der Shop AB Vassilopoulos hat die größte Auswahl an Dolce Gusto passenden Kapseln (nicht nur Cappuccino, sondern auch Lungo, Starbucks und Lavazza). Çok sıcak karşıladı bizi. Ev çok güzel ve keyifli bir bahçesi var. Konumu ideal, merkeze arabayla gidilebilir. Her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi ve mükkemeldi. Teşekkür ederiz

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

New building, new apartment, smartly decorated. It is alittle smaller than we thought. On the description; the apartment capacity is mentioned as max 4 person. I think it can only accomodate 3 adults. Overall, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the center. Free parking and safe. Recommended.

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Flasche Wein und Snacks als Willkommensgruß gratis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Nur das Schloss der Haustür hakt ein wenig.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Très grand appartement, très bien équipé. Le quartier est calme. Georgios donne un maximum d'informations avant l'arrivée ce qui rassurant et il reste disponible tout le long du séjour. Merci pour tout.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κοζάνη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν τέλειο και όπως ακριβώς περιγραφόταν. Για την Αναστασία δεν έχω λόγια. Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, εξυπηρετικότατη στα μηνύματα, απόλυτα κατατοπιστική και με άμεση απόκριση. Το ψυγείο και η κουζίνα είχαν λιχουδιές για το καλωσόρισμα αλλά και για να φτιάξει κανείς πλούσιο πρωινό αν ήθελε. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, 10 λεπτά περίπου με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Είναι σε ψηλό σημείο οπότε να είστε προετοιμασμένοι για ανηφόρα όταν επιστρέφετε. Το πάρκινγκ ίσως είναι λίγο δύσκολο αλλά αν κινείστε κυρίως με τα πόδια, δεν θα σας επηρεάσει. Εν κατακλείδι, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Accurately described and super cute with a view to die for! Maria is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to help us get our daughter’s special Spider Man back to us after he was left behind. We loved exploring the old city. There are restaurants and a monastery in one direction and supermarkets (downhill) both a 10ish minute walk away. The parking space is a godsend if you have a car and we found a Toyota Corolla to be a great size for the parking spot and for navigating the narrow streets in that part of the city. Comfortable beds a plus! We recommend it!

Çok yardımcı ve iyi bir ev sahibi idi. Ev de geniş ve kullanışlıydı.

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Ένας πολύ όμορφος, λειτουργικός και άνετος χώρος στον οποίο θα ήθελα να επιστρέψω την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτώ την Θεσσαλονίκη. Μια,ειδική μνεία,στην φιλική και πολύ εξυπηρετική επικοινωνία με τον Στέργιο που μπήκανε να νοιώσω ακόμα πιο άνετα. Τον ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.
