I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

Z eno besedo PERFEKCIJA. Še lepše in boljše, kot smo pričakovali. Lokacija je TOP. Čez dan dosti sence. Vstop v vodo čisto super, voda božanska. Zvečer na prečudoviti terasi slišiš samo šumenje valov, ki dobesedno padajo v hišo in prav slišiš tudi kamenčke, kako drug z drugim izmenjujejo svoja mesta. Mir, tišina, stran od vrveža ter vseeno blizu trgovin z živili, gostiln in lokalov. Domačini izredno prijazni. Skratka z eno besedo RAJ. Razgleda s terase na egejsko morje se nismo mogli zadosti nagledati. Odpočili smo si telo in dušo. Naredili smo dolgo pot, ampak se je izplačalo. Vsekakor bomo še prišli....

Charming little house near a wild pebbled creek literally a few meters from the garden gate, super peaceful and great for kids, miltos left some toys and small kittens occupied our kids the whole stay! Antique temple and wild scenery 10min away, perfect spot away from busy beaches. Miltos and Efti were very friendly, fully recommend!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

Eine günstige Unterkunft, klein und gemütlich mit Blick auf den Stand. Perfekt.

Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετική και μας έστειλε πολύ χρήσιμες οδηγίες για την περιοχή. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται,πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Περνάς το δρόμο και είσαι στη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Ιδιαίτερο όφελος για μια οικογένεια το εξωτερικό ντουζ με παροχή ζεστού νερού ενώ τα παιδιά καταευχαριστηθήκαν το παιχνίδι στον κήπο. Ακολουθήσαμε τις οδηγίες της Λουκίας και κάναμε την εκδρομή στον παλαιό Παντελεήμωνα και στον καταρράκτη Ουρλιά, άξιζε πραγματικά τον κόπο. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα τη διαμονή στο σπίτι της Λουκίας και ελπίζω μελλοντικά να επιστρέψουμε!

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Eine traumhafte Lage, direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Der Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund und die Terrasse haben wir genossen. Den Pool konnten wir leider noch testen, es war noch zu kalt um März. Die Gastfreundschaft von Maria und Dimitris war super, ein Gastgeschenk mit Wein und Obst lag im Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Service und die Erreichbarkeit von Nikolaos waren überragend! Er hilft wo es nur geht! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb ist sehr empfehlenswert!! Für Paare und auch Familien. Das Airbnb bietet sehr sehr viele Möglichkeiten für diverse Aktivitäten!

From the moment I saw the photos I just knew I have to visit this place Remote ( but not too remote:) Peaceful , beautiful place by its nature, and the made by man ( woman:) additions gave it the final magical touch ❤️ amazing view, big big dining table right in front of it, beautiful pull and the rustic, magical, stone and wood houses. What more can anyone want :)

Υπέροχο μέρος, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Εμείς με την παρέα μου (σύνολο 5 άτομα) μείναμε στην βίλα "ΙΩΑΝΝΑ" η οποία είναι εξαιρετική! Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, εξαιρετικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πολύ ικανοποιητική η πισίνα όσον αφορά το μέγεθος της και πολύ καθαρή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.

This place is a true gem. Check-in was seamless, and the house, complete with all its amenities, matched the description perfectly. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. And the view—simply breathtaking! The location is incredibly peaceful and private, perfect for soaking in the scenery. Artemis and her husband were wonderful hosts — warm and attentive, yet respectful of our privacy in a highly professional way. Their experience shines through, and I would gladly trust them with my vacation again. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

Sophie was there to meet us from the ferry and took us to the accommodation in her car. She was very helpful and accommodating and phoned a tour company on our behalf. As the tour was no longer available due to the end of the season Sophie recommended a hire car company. Sophie also offered to take us to the pier at the end of our stay even though it would have involved a very early start for her but having a hire car rendered this unnecessary. We very much enjoyed the island and would love one day to return.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

Marie's place is a lovely place. Myself and a few friends went there for our valentine's long weekend. It was great. The place is right on the beach. Very beautiful, clean and homely. We really enjoyed our time there. Marie was very helpful and available whenever we needed her. Thanks for the hospitality, Marie. We will be back!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Wir haben als Familie fast drei Wochen im Haus von Anna verbracht und jeden einzelnen Tag in vollen Zügen genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großzügigen Balkonterrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick, die sich dank einer komplett zu öffnenden Glasschiebetür nahtlos in den Wohnbereich integriert. Die Lage direkt am ruhigen, nahezu privaten Strand war für uns ein weiteres Highlight. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, verlässt man das Haus auf der Eingangsseite und geht dann nur ein paar Schritte um das Haus herum, da die Balkonterrasse im oberen Stockwerk liegt und somit keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand bietet. Wir haben die absolute Ruhe vor Ort sehr geschätzt; von der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße war nichts zu hören. Auch der gesamte Komplex und das Umfeld sind äußerst gepflegt und tadellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Anna verlief reibungslos; sie war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt äußerst erholsam und gelungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfekt miljö för vår storfamilj om 12 personer från 3 till 79 år. Huset rymligt, välutrustat, funktionellt och mycket vackert och smakfullt. Tomten stor och vacker med härliga solplatser, gott om vilstolar, stora gräsytor för barnen, grillhörna. Liten strand, som i praktiken var vår egen, med egna kanoter. Olympia är en mycket effektiv och trevlig värd som snabbt svarar på frågor och löser uppkomna (små) problem. Små minus: Mycket trafik bakom huset, kan störa känsliga personers nattsömn, liksom på natten skällande hundar i närheten. Knappt några promenadmöjligheter utan att ta bilen. Totalt sett ett fantastiskt boende som rekommenderas varmt.

For those seeking tranquility and breathtaking views, this place is perfect. The house is fully equipped with all amenities, including a well-appointed kitchen with various appliances, a children's room, board games, beach gear, and books. The biggest highlight is the semi-private beach and the stunning view from the balcony. Anna was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to come back here again.

Paris è stato molto disponibile fin da subito facendoci trovare la cena la sera in cui siamo arrivati. La stanza ha praticamente tutto l’occorrente base ed un mini terrazzino con vista mare. Hai la tua privacy, oppure puoi passare la serata in compagnia degli altri ospiti a qualche cena organizzata da Paris. Lui è dell’isola, nato e cresciuto, quindi volendo può consigliare qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha dato una mano a cercare il quad e ci ha prestato l’ombrellone da spiaggia. Ah, e la spiaggia privata è forse una delle più belle dell’isola.
