Es war ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus. Wir waren mit 9 Personen vor Ort und haben uns nie eingeengt gefühlt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten. Bei Nachfragen war der Vermieter des Hauses sehr gut erreichbar.

Waren vier Tage in der Hütte. Allgemein toll gelegen und gerade im Winter ist der Pool ein Highlight. Hütte hat alles was man braucht ist jedoch sehr hellhörig. Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.

Wir buchten dieses Cottage für eine Woche Wanderurlaub. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem ruhigen, gemütlichen Häuschen. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und total ruhig gelegen. Wir empfehlen das Häuschen wärmstens weiter!

A amazing place to stay! Want to learn about hospitality? Vladislav really knows how to let you feel welcome and at home. Communicating in fluent English, quick responses, great welcome package on arrival and clear instruction.The house is remote and uphill, surrounded by woods. Walking to the nearest little town would take quite some time, so expect to use the car on these remote (hill) roads. For children this accommodation is heaven on earth. Many toys and 2 playgrounds in the garden. 2 things worth mentioning: 1)there's a bearded dragon as a pet. We loved it and didn't have to take care of it. But we did find an escaped cricket in the living room. 2)Play/bedroom and master bedroom are connected. Floor in playroom creaks loudly. No problem for our son, but worth knowing. Also the house is very slanting, sometimes it felt like being drunk. Minor downside: you pay a cleaningfee but are expected to even mop at departure. That feels a bit odd. But to sum it up: just book this place!

Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Familien mit insgesamt 7 Kindern. Die WohnKüche mit dem Holzofen im Mittelpunkt haben wir sehr genossen. Es hat einen Tag gebraucht, bis das Haus schön warm war, bei Außentemperaturen im Minusbereich, aber der Ofen heizt super und gespaltenes Holz ist in Mengen vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche wird auch großen Gruppen gerecht und die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich. Die Lage direkt an der Straße fanden wir jetzt nicht so idyllisch, aber es hat keine große Rolle gespielt, da wir entweder drinnen waren oder Ausflüge gemacht haben. Wir würden aufreden Fall wieder kommen!

Die Hütte ist einfach, aber sehr gemütlich und für den Preis absolut fair. Es war sehr sauber und wohlriechend. Im Winter sollte man auf dem Schirm haben, dass es recht lange dauert, bis die Wärme auch in die oberen Zimmer kommt und für die erste Nacht evtl noch eine Wolldecke mitbringen oder nicht zu spät anreisen :). Die Umgebung war wirklich sehr schön und man kann direkt vom Häuschen aus in den wunderschönen Wald spazieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Helena’s place was wonderful! Cottage was exactly as described. It was well stocked and looked like its pictures. She was also extremely responsive while we were planning. There were great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. Location was a beautiful village with a lot nearby. Our main destination was Bohemian Switzerland, which wasn’t too far by car. Overall, we highly recommend the cottage and are planning to go back soon.

Sehr schöne große Terrasse, großer Garten und ruhig gelegen. Sehr sauber, gutes wlan. Leider kein TV, aber kann man auch mal eine Woche ohne aushalten. Sehr Zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. War ein schöner Urlaub.

We had an amazing stay at Tomas’s place! The house was clean, and the photos were accurate. The location was perfect for peaceful getaway, and Tomas was always available for any questions. Check-in was seamless, even though we were late in the afternoon and Tomas and his wife was more than happy to take around the house to explain with little bit of history about the house. Nevertheless the house was kept well with plenty of space. It was cosy enough to comeback again. We would absolutely stay here again!

A beautiful and well equipped house with a lovely big garden and lots of highlights (fireplace with lots of fire wood, sauna, a great coffee machine, table football, lots of Czech and regional goodies that Pavlina and Lukas left for us). Unfortunately it was a little too cold to make good use of the garden and the barbecue (our visit was in the second half of September), I can imagine how lovely that would be in summer. Pavlina and Lukas were perfect and helpful hosts, communicating with them was absolutely easy and uncomplicated.

Tolles Grundstück, sehr sauberes Haus. + Wir waren mit Kindern und Enkelkindern da. Klettergerüst, Wippe, Schaukel und Hängematte haben für viel Freude gesorgt. Tolle Umgebung - Natur Saubere Unterkunft Billard für die Großen Grill und Feuerstelle - Stromkosten kamen extra, ist ok, hätte ich gern vorher gewusst Vor unserer Ankunft wurde länger nicht gelüftet und es war super kalt im Haus

Super Unterkunft, Gastgeber Antwort sehr zügig, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Schlafraum befindet sich im oberen Flur. Das ist leider nicht ganz ersichtlich auf den Bildern. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört, andere könnten sich aber dran stören wenn man es nicht weiß. Sonst gerne wieder LG

We spent the most of beautiful Christmas in Martin’s house. The moment we arrived we felt like at home. Martin welcomed us very friendly with his family, showed us the property and explained everything. The Christmas tree and candles were lit and bottle of mulled wine with Czech biscuits were on the table which was more than sweet from host. The accommodations are beautiful. The house is decorated in vintage style but modern at the same time which creates the atmosphere of home. Everything in the house is extremely clean, nice smelly and cosy, fully equipped, there’s nothing missing. The surrounding and view is absolutely breathtaking, so relaxing and peaceful. Martin is excellent host, very friendly, kind and helpful Do I recommend this place? 100% yes I already recommended it to all my friends ☺️ We will be back soon definitely Thank you for everything Martin ❤️

Die Unterkunft war superschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Von dort konnte man direkt zu Fuß viele schöne Wanderungen machen und oder auf den Sportplätzen und dem Spielplatz direkt neben der Unterkunft das Leben genießen Die Wohnung war super großzügig und entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. wir würden gerne wieder kommen wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Der Aufenthalt und die Gastfreundschaft von Milan waren großartig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet viele tolle Möglichkeiten. Wir sind sehr traurig, dass unsere Zeit so schnell vorbei ging. Wir können es jedem empfehlen, welcher auf grandiose Natur und ein rustikales Haus steht.

For the money (up to 100 euros) - this is a great offer. Parks are within an hour's reach and Prague is 1.5 hours by car. The house is budget, but everything was clean, and in the cold season you can use the fireplace))
