Excellent place to take your family to. Large but very comfortable. Outside is peaceful. This was our second visit.

This was a great spot for my family and mom. She doesn't navigate stairs easily so the main floor bed and bath were a selling point. Everyone felt comfortable and it is definitely cozy! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and we loved the Bunn coffee maker! The location is perfect for walking around Decorah and getting to Luther for our events. The only downside for me was the shower is fairly small--just commenting that here for anyone who might require a little more space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anyone.

We appreciate the little extras she has available. Also plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything is clearly marked.

Has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. It was just what we needed and so serene. The train completes the whole experience. Beds were comfy and completely satisfied with choosing this home away from home.

Impressive restoration of the log cabin. The cabin was furnished very well with towels, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could wish for, and even extras, like basic baking and cooking supplies. Even a tabletop popcorn popper! 🍿 🍿. Very peaceful surroundings in the woods.

We needed to book a place at the last minute because the other airbnb owner where our family had book changed their policy the week of our trip from pet-friendly to NO PETS. We have a puppy and had to either cancel the trip or find another location. Laurie's place is dog-friendly and adorable! It was a lovely place to stay during our annual family trout fishing trip to NE Iowa in the area northeast of Decorah. Laurie and her husband were delightful and friendly. We will definitely come back!

We love our annual trips to Decorah and especially love when Trisha's place is available for us to stay! Berryhill Flat is pristinely cleaned and equipped with anything needed for a great stay. The entire property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. My son and I especially loved star gazing each night because we could see the stars so clearly. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay! Loved the koi pond and deck with hot tub just outside the apartment. Great night’s sleep in the very comfy bed. We hope to stay here again!

Thanks Evan and Kristen! We had a great stay during the Driftless yoga festival. Perfect location by the trail and walking distance to Will Baker Park. We loved having coffee in the back yard with the view of all the trees. Mama deer and fawn spotted on the lane coming back from dinner one night! Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Evan and Kristen's Airbnb. They made it easy and convenient to check in and out. I was very impressed with how well-maintained the space is. It was very clean organized, and cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with good quality cooking utensils. It is in a beautiful location that is private and quiet, but it is an easy walk to town. I would definitely stay here again!

Decorah High Point Magnolia Cabin was perfect quiet get away for our anniversary! Beautiful cabin, wonderful views and wildlife. Very relaxing!

It was a very relaxing and cozy retreat, the place had a very homey and comfortable vibe. Every amenity that would be needed it had. Read a few books and enjoyed Decorah. It felt very private. Thanks for hosting us!

Traci was very responsive to my questions and reached out ahead of time to provide more information about getting to the location. If not for that, it would have been more difficult to find. Have stayed here several times each time is so peaceful and relaxing. House is clean and organized. It’s perfectly close to the things that I like to do which are fishing, hiking, biking. Rick always responds if I have any questions. Look forward to returning.

Exactly what was advertised: a secluded cabin tucked into the woods near the Mississippi river. You sit on the back deck, and all you see are hills covered with trees. The bed was comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond when I absentmindedly forgot my hat hanging by the door on the way out. Heidi was super friendly about it and had it shipped to my home address. Five stars.

Had a two night stay while kayaking the upper Iowa river. location was beautiful. Cabin was great, very clean and comfortable with loads of bonus amenities. absolutely loved our stay

Our stay at Mee Mees Cabin was lovely! The cabin is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything we could need! It was a perfectly relaxing weekend! The host was quick to respond and the location felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need time to disconnect from reality!
