I stayed at Nicole’s properties for about a year. Her places were always the most comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything! Never had issues with neighbors or parking, everything was great.

아이들과 한달살기로 이용했습니다 학교 가까운곳으로 찾다가 발견했는데 엘리베이터 없는 3층인걸 알고 예약했어서 괜찮았습니다 주차장도 바로 입구라 편했고 여행오면 많이 가는 K마트, 돈키, 페이레스, 마이크로네시아몰,이파오비치 모두 가까운곳에 있습니다 세탁기 건조기 있어서 편리했고 그리고 가장 중요한건 호스트가 무척 친절하고 빠르게 응답해주고 처리해줍니다 새벽도착이라 아이들이 배가 고팠었는데 간단하게 먹을수있는 과일과 시리얼, 물, 요거트 같은걸 냉장고에 준비해 주셔서 감사하게 잘 먹었고 늦은 시간 체크인이었지만 현관입구에 불도 켜두시고 거실에 에어컨까지 켜놓는 센스가있는 호스트입니다 괌에는 바퀴벌레,개미같은 벌레가 많이 나온다고 걱정 하는데 생활할때 쓰레기 관리만 잘 해주면 문제 없는것 같습니다 아이들 학교 도시락도 싸야했고 과자,젤리같은 간식도 자주먹고 집에서 식사를 매일 해 먹었는데 매일매일 외출때마다 쓰레기를 내다버리고 음식물 먹다 남은것들 처리를 잘 했더니 바퀴벌레 한마리도 못 만났습니다 (쓰레기 자주 버리느라 준비해주신 쓰레기 봉투 많이 써서 죄송합니다~ ^^;;;) 싱크대에 음식물처리하는 분쇄기?도 설치되어 있어서 편리했습니다 또 다시 장기로 오게된다면 저는 다시 예약할것 같습니다~ 호스트님 덕분에 편안하게 한달 잘 지냈습니다~ ^^

사진과 동일하게 깨끗하고 얘쁘게 정리되어있어요:-) 한달동안 불편함없이 너무 잘 지내다 가구요! 주변에 마트도 많고 맛집도 많아 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 장기간 올때 꼭 다시 방문 할게요:-)

가족 여행이었습니다. 에어비앤비 사용은 처음이라 걱정했는데, 정말 즐겁고 행복한 시간이었습니다. 위치가 좋은데, 집 자체는 한적하고 조용해서 쾌적했습니다. 중간에 도움 필요한 일이 있었는데 클리닝 담당자분인 ‘버질’이 매우 친절하게 처리해주었습니다. 질문있을때 호스트에게 연락하면 답변도 매우 빨랐습니다. 가족 모두 잘 쉬고 갑니다.

This place was perfect for me and my family. Leilani responded to any questions I had right away and she was super helpful with everything. The location was incredible, it was right across from the beach and so close to all the restaurants and stores. Thank you for an incredible experience Leila!

This is a review for the Texas room. I did not stay in the nautical room. I think the hosts did some room reassignment between my reservation and my arrival. The view is east facing. I drove my rental car at night from the airport and I had no problems with Google maps. Overall, I have never stayed in a AirBnB shared house with a shared bathroom but my reservation was late and this listing looked nice so I decided to book. I think that it definitely deserves 5 stars as Brian is keeping everything in check with the several guests that stay at the house. The main asset is the responsiveness of the hosts and amenities. I came in for work so I only used some of the house amenities but everything in the description is what you get. The other guests were friendly, most long term guests and the house is lively. Brian hosts dinner nights and karaoke nights that you are welcome to attend. Overall, if you are looking for shared space, this is most likely the best place on the island!

Yang's place or room is lovely, it has everything you need for a quick layover. However, the complimentary airport pick-up is an added bonus. A bit distanced from the CBD so getting Stroll might be challenging but he offers airport drop-off at a reasonable rate. Thanks for having me at your home Yang🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

Brian went above and beyond ensuring everything was taken care of! He is a great Host! He made me feel right at home and set the Highest example of what a BnB should be! House is very comfortable and the temperature throughout the home is spot on! My room was very comfortable and I felt like it was my own personal room! I HIGHLY recommend Brian for any guest looking for a great place to stay!

I had to scramble to find a place in Guam for just over three weeks and all the hotels were booked out. A lot of the places around looked like cheap hotel rooms, but Mary’s stood out. The home is clean and beautiful, seems like a newly built house. You do rent a room at the family’s home, so you cohabitate with them. This wasn’t an issue, however, as they were all great and really respect your privacy. If you want to just keep to yourself you will often feel like you’re alone in the house. Mary was very helpful, she helped me find a rental car (they were all booked as well), and even drove me to get it. The family even invited me down for a home cooked meal, which was delicious. I was in Guam for work, and they really made me feel like I was at home. Can’t say enough about how great a stay it was.

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a great place to stay. Every shops for groceries and souvenir are around this house. We had rented a car and we could go DONKI for 5minutes also Kmart 7minutes by a car.

My family and I had a great 8 days stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a laundry area, which came in handy especially if you've got wet clothes from swimming at the beaches near by. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and malls. A big plus was our host, Asia, was very quick to respond to all my queries. She really went above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place and Asia as a host (I think she has several other listings to choose from). Thanks so much again, Asia!
