Great cabin and wooded property - lots of thought put into the amenities. A very relaxing space to spend the weekend. The hot tub and pool table were a big hit!

Such a pleasure to rest and relax at the cabin! Beautiful hills to wander, sweet dogs to pet, and of course a great hot tub. Worth it in winter, would love to come back in autumn to check out fall colors.

Stayed over New Year’s Eve with friends. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed the place and especially the hot tub. Would stay here again.

LOVED our stay at Karin’s place! This home was so beautifully and intentionally decorated - we wanted to move in! Karin had everything we needed - including ziploc bags, bag clips, misc. supplies. This Airbnb was a great deal, especially considering 2 bedrooms & a hot tub. Everything about this rental was a dream. Karin was super quick to respond and helpful to any questions we had prior to the stay. We so enjoyed this booking and definitely hope to return soon. My friends and I needed a vacation from the mundane. This place was exactly what we needed. The perfect place to be holed up after a snowstorm that left 6+inches. It was warm and cozy and the decor is adorable.

it was a perfect place to visit my son during his spring break at Stout University. Close to everything, yet you feel so far from it all, beautiful, rustic, cozy and well outfitted. I hope to stay there again when I visit my son at school.

My partner and I were looking for a weekend getaway after a crazy couple of weeks and Doug's cabin was exactly what we needed to rest, recharge, and connect with each other. This is genuinely one of the most quiet, peaceful, and beautiful Airbnb's that we have ever been to-- no amount of time could have been enough! Doug was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of our stay, and we were so grateful to stay in his space. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a hidden-gem that is tucked away, free of distractions and the hustle and bustle of life. (We also brought our Black Lab/Mix and he had the time of his life exploring the property and sniffing out the local wildlife). We will absolutely be back.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. We loved spending time in the game/ theater room. The cabin was cozy and with a beautiful lake view.

This cabin was the perfect place for the relaxing weekend we were hoping for. The cabin was spotless and the area was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved the sauna, fireplace and all the board games included with the cabin. I can’t wait to stay again in the future!

This cottage is so cute and comfortable. The location on the lake was perfect and it had everything the two of us could have wanted. Dan was quick to reply to every question we had. Beautiful cabin and property! You feel like home the second you drive onto the property. My husband and I celebrated my birthday with an overnight. I wish I would’ve booked a few more nights! Definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Brian and Stacy's place! It was pristine- beautiful kitchen with a heated floor, comfy beds, and spacious bathrooms. The surroundings were breathtaking in the winter and would be enjoyable to explore in the summer. We would highly recommend and are planning to come back!

The instructions I was messaged before our stay helped us find the cabin with ease. The cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the view of the frozen lake. There was plenty of firewood outside. They have many games available. I can easily recommend this Airbnb.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. This place is beautiful and exactly what we were needing for our anniversary weekend getaway. So relaxing, had coffee on the porch in the morning, watched the geese by the lake, so peaceful. The linens were wonderful, very well stocked with great items. The temperature in the lower level was a bit cool and the instruction in the manual on how to adjust was confusing (we couldn't find a thermostat anywhere). I sent a text to Steven---I felt bad because it was almost 10pm---he was there within minutes almost and changed the temp for us (adjusted from the upstairs unit) and then stopped to check in to see how things were and to let us know he adjusted it for us. Super nice guy. We'll definitely be back if we need somewhere to stay in the area.

We have only come in the warmer months so this was a real treat to come in the winter. Easy to use indoor fireplace and kitchen has everything we needed. Grocery store either in Hinckley or Danbury. We went snowshoeing right after a snowfall. It was beautiful and got a bit lost; we should've brought a map that is provided in the cabin...We called and owners immediately helped us by co.ing to rescue us from the trails around Beaver Pond. We will be back this summer and again next Winter!!!

Amazing place. Super cozy and comfortable. The wood burning stove and record player created a magical retreat for creating family memories. The loft is adorable and very spacious! The basement was way roomier than expected. All beds were very comfortable!! and a total hit with my kids. Communication was quick and easy and Naomi was great at checking in with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!!

We recently stayed at Matt's cabin and it was the perfect getaway. The house was spotless, well maintained and comfortable. We normally pack bedding, towels and all the "cabin box essentials" which were all provided by Matt which is great to know for the next time! The yard is flat leading to your own private dock. There is also a pontoon boat there if you wanted to rent that. The weather was perfect, the leaves just starting to change, and the fishing was great! We will be back.

Due to an injury, we had to stay a second night here and our host was very accommodating throughout the process. The sauna is PRISTINE. I am a Finlander and grew up with a true sauna house build by my great-grandfather…this was a lot like our homeland property, and made our stay comfortable. We are also a LONG line of musicians and came into town for my father’s show at the Casino. We woke Saturday to him playing the drums! It was such a beautiful touch to a well furnished cabin, which is more like a massive home. Thank you, Pavel. We appreciate your flexibility as we navigated chaos. We would absolutely stay again - the space is extremely large and would fit our large family four times over.

Great place! Suzanne was very responsive. Got a lot of fishing in and comfortable place to be after the full day of fishing.
