We had a wonderful time in this home. It is big, and peaceful. The area is quiet, and this house is set way back from the road. The interior was charming and homey, with plenty of books and games for both adults and kids. There were plenty of spaces to sit and talk with friends, and then there were four bedrooms and several bathrooms with full baths to use. There is a huge loft space with lots of sitting room to catch up with people. The kitchen was spacious and equipped. The entire place felt like home. I wish we could’ve come during nicer weather, because the outdoor space and pool looked really nice too. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing home! Me, My husband and our dog spent a week there with another couple and their dog and it was absolutely the perfect home stay! Lots of space, bathrooms, towels, amenities, and even the most thoughtful additions like a Christmas tree and garland for the holidays! Got to use the hot tub which was perfect in a chilly day! Tons of entertainment throughout the home and they kindly had two sets of dog bowls for the pups! Will definitely try and stay again!! Thank you so much!

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Quiet, beautiful, clean; what else can I ask for. Celina was very responsive to all of my needs and inquiries. Felt right at-home. The place is as described in all aspects and beyond.

Claudia's cottage was perfect for my family's trip to LI. It's a challenge finding a comfortable space to accommodate a group of 5, but this cozy cottage was warm, inviting and wonderful. The property matched the photos and description, the amenities listed were accurate, and we really enjoyed our five day stay over the holidays. Claudia's instructions were detailed and thorough and she was responsive to any questions I had. We look forward to staying here again when we visit next summer!

I had another great stay at Yates’s place! It’s always clean and inviting. I will definitely book again for future trips to Deer Park.

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

The home was easy to find. The house was clean and relatively well stocked. The one cup coffee maker was slow, maybe clogged. We ended up buying an inexpensive coffee maker because of our big group. A laundry basket with clothes in it was accidentally left in the den. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. It was a nice space for us to spread out. The patio around the pool was inviting.

Kerry’s place was absolutely STUNNING! I mean truly breathtaking. The place was squeaky clean and had plenty of room for my group of 6. You can tell that Kerry put a lot of love and thought into everything. Although we didn’t have kids on this trip, I soooo appreciate that there were kid plates, a crib and even baby detergent; how thoughtful!! Do not hesitate to stay here; you will truly feel at home!!!! Kerry, you rock!
