This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

The host was really informative about the Airbnb and always communicated well with no issues. The place was really clean and enjoyed the atmosphere there. Highly recommend booking there!

We absolutely LOVED this place. The location cannot be beat. It is on a quiet street. There is a cute coffee place right up the block, a block over is a wonderful local market and in minutes you can walk to restaurants and be in the heart of Delray. The place itself was immaculate. Kitchen fully stocked. The hosts were clear in the check in instructions and helpful during the stay.

This home was a great stay. We came to town to see a Miami Heat game and explore Ft Lauderdale too- so perfect location between the two . The house was very clean and plenty enough room for our family of four with teen boys. When flying in for a short stay it’s hard to think and bring everything you need, but Maria the host had it all- including umbrellas for the Florida downpours. The icing on the cake for this place was the pool and backyard amenities. The pool was super clean and the furniture was perfect for grabbing sun! Thank you!

This was such a nice experience. Located near everything. Nice quiet safe peaceful neighborhood heated pool and an abundance of space which was great for our large group! We will be back

Very beautiful home. Loved watching the fish jump in the canal. Pool/spa heat was perfect temperature. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a great experience at this home and have already booked again. I really appreciated how responsive the homeowners and their handyman were when I reached out. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances and materials used in the home were high quality. I felt there was alot of thought put into making the stay for guests wonderful.

Great location and great view of the canal and water fowl

John was extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. Upon checking in we had some questions and needed him to take care of a few items. He was extremely proactive in responding and working out a solution for items that needed attention. The house is very roomy, kitchen is generously stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils,etc. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed some evening walks around the area. The Publix is nearby and we picked up groceries a few times during our stay. Pompano beach is 2.5 miles away and is a very family friendly beach with a fun vibe. We also did a couple of day trips to Miami with a commute time of approx 30-35 minutes into Miami. After all the lights and action of Miami , it was nice to come back and chill in front of the TV. Overall John is a very solution oriented host and responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails.

We have stayed at Maria’s place twice now - the location is perfect and the unit is stocked with all the necessities and the condo amenities are wonderful. Maria is always quick to respond to messages. Would love to visit again!

The unit is exactly as described in a great location a few blocks from all the “action”. The sliding glass doors open wide for a beautiful breeze.

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, fornito di tutto l’occorrente per una famiglia. Host gentilissima e disponibile. I nostri asciugacapelli non funzionavano e prontamente ce ne è stato fornito uno nuovo. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in posticipato aggiungendo una piccola somma. La zona, bellissima, è residenziale e ben servita. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

Super nice place, building and location. There is a Publix steps away which is great and many restaurants to check out a block away. The pool area and gym were great as well. Would definitely stay again. Just note to bring washing detergent for your clothes and the towels if saying for a long time.

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

El departamento súper cómodo y con una buena ubicación. Está equipado con todo lo que te puede hacer falta incluso con artículos de limpieza que rara vez tenes cuando alquilas. El trato del personal excelente en todo sentido. Muy recomendable 😍

Beautiful place, very comfortable bed & very quiet. Safe to walk at night lots of great restaurants all around. I would highly recommend staying here .

The building is run like a first class hotel. We had free valet parking and enjoyed the spa pool and tennis court. But during rush hours one elevator was not working and it was a big problem. Some waits over 10 minutes.
