Home was clean, beds were comfortable and close to everything. I would recommend to take the plant bar down from the kitchen window so you can pull the blinds down. Couldn’t find any sharp knives only butter knives. But, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

The house was clean and well kept, inside and out. The owners seemed to think of everything we might need. We had a great stay.

This house had it all! Beautiful views over the water, great kitchen and gas grill for cooking, very comfortable beds! We spent a lot of time downstairs playing on the pool table! The double covered porches were also a nice place to spend some time

Feels likes a luxurious treehouse! It’s very quiet and private and we loved being up high in the trees. East to get to the national park and a very relaxing getaway.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. We will 100% be returning! Thanks Julie and Rory for a 5 star experience!!!

Location and home was fantastic. Definitely felt right at home when we arrived. Some Airbnb that I've gone to don't supply certain consumables like spices and coffee but Vernon provided these items. The home is lovely and conducive for spending time with friends and family. Restaurants, groceries, etc. and attractions all nearby. Plush towels and fancy toiletries. Vernon was available and communicative whenever we had any questions or needs. Loved it and would recommend!

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

We loved Carrie’s place! The view was even more gorgeous than the listing photos. It was clean, comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze. Carrie was also extremely helpful and responsive. The condo is located right by all of the attractions in downtown Hot Springs and is a very short drive to Garven Woodland Gardens which was beautiful in the spring and definitely worth checking out. We can’t wait till we can visit again!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had an amazing time during our stay! The pictures did no justice, very beautiful!!! This place is right down from all shopping and eating places. We slept like babies both nights. We will definitely book again!!! Jim responses quickly and he’s very polite.

Beautiful condo right by the lake. It was comfortable, clean, and described as listed. Loved the fire pit and the neighbors are also very friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

We had the best stay in Hot Springs! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hot Springs!
