My stay here was perfect! The apartment is exactly as it's listed. Check in was a breeze and inside was everything you could ever need. Timothy messaged me to check in to make sure everything was ok. I loved the outdoor patio area as the weather was nice. I didn't use my car while I was there as there are restaurants and bars within a short enjoyable walking distance. The place was extremely clean with lots of nice towels as well as toiletries. I can not wait to return. I enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood while also being close enough to walk to fun exciting places. Do not hesitate to book this listing.

A very nice space for a quick visit to Atlanta. Anitha was very accessible and responsive to us. She also made sure that we were aware of the steep steps (wasn’t a problem for us but definitely people with mobility issues cannot stay here) and of the lack of full kitchen (we were already aware and ok with that). I think this proactive approach on her part was great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in this area of Atlanta.

I stayed at Zakiya's home for 8 days. Half of the days I had my family and the other half I was alone. I really like the area. It was a safe feeling over alln in fact I was coming in btwn 12am and 3am the majority of my stay and felt at ease. The neighborhood is quiet and the house and backyard are lit up. The inside is very spacious and clean and it felt like home away from home. I slept in both rooms and found the beds to be comfortable. I am a very tall person and so arw rhe members of my family..so our awkward moments we only in the shower. It's a round shower and not so big and the head was little low for us 6 foot plus people. But the water was hot and it did have good pressure. I will book this hidden gem of an ABnB again. 10 stars 🌟 in my family's book. Thank you Zakiya and Fam. Regards V & K

Beautiful old home, with all the fixings, gorgeous old claw bathtub. Home is cozy and wood-clad comfort; Theresa is so welcoming and willing to fix any minor discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend.

Rita has been an amazing host! So much so that I have extended my stay! The home is in a very safe area and close (walking distance) to Kroger, Walgreens, restaurants and shops. Everything you can think of is in the house. Rita’s communication has been top notch with response time in minutes. I cannot say enough about this home and would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful, quaint place in a quiet area! Nicola and Peter have done a fantastic job and the apartment is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was pristine. The location is also very good- close by to the Marta station to head downtown and just not too far out from most things in general. Nicola and Peter were super friendly and responsive. Thank you so much for making my visit to Atlanta comfortable and convenient!! Absolutely worth it to have a nice place to rest and set up home base when you visit Atlanta.

My friend and I had a great stay! It was the perfect amount of space for us with the sofa bed. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back porch. The space was clean and had what we needed - corkscrew, cups, hot water kettle, tea/coffee supplies, mini fridge, extra throw blankets, cozy seating, etc. Great location with quick travel to different neighborhood shops and restaurants like Inman Park and Little Five Points. Close street parking was always available and easy to utilize. Rachel's check in and check out were easy and clear. She was proactive to communicate and gave a heads up on a storm that was coming through and some other visitors that were going to be in her personal property. Very considerate and helpful. I would 100% revisit.

Are you kidding me?? Zero gravity Massage chairs and the cleanest hot tub I've ever seen! Booked Matthew's place as stop while traveling for work to Alabama. Very spacious and clean. Loved looking at all the little knick knacks on the bookshelf from different times and all around! Or they might've been a collection of movie/show props 🤔 Highly recommend!

Definitely enjoyed the stay here, it gave a home away from home feeling. Everything was exactly like in all the pictures. I would 100% recommend to anyone as well as would stay here again if I come again. If you’re thinking about it definitely do it. It’s in a calm peaceful area so you don’t have to worry about being disturbed but also know that if you’re a very tall person it doesn’t have a super high ceiling so be mindful. I didn’t have that problem or anything because I’m short lol but just letting you know. Still will 10/10 recommend regardless though!!😊

Darci made us feel right at home. We traveled this trip with our youngest who is a 1yr old. She had tons of toys and books available as well as a high chair and a pack n play for sleeping. She had some welcoming items for us which was very much appreciated. Pending when you go you might have eggs too! At this moment those are a hit item in the grocery stores $5 for a dozen! Perfect amount of space for my family and was within 20min of downtown activities which we loved and all the parks that are near! Would stay again if we come to Georgia!

wonderful stay. the unit is a well lit basement unit that is fully and very nicely finished with a back patio/yard/parking space in a cozy neighborhood in North East Atlanta. I would happily stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay! The space was private with an easy keypad to get inside. There was plenty of room for us and we loved to compact but full kitchen! The bathroom is cozy, but the shower is spacious. Overall, this was a lovely space with everything exactly as described. Amanda and Clint were responsive and sent clear directions for check in and check out. I’d recommend this 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was so close to all the amazing things Little Five Points has to offer while still being a private and quiet space to get away. The room was comfortable and the hot tub was a nice perk! We would recommend!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. Lacy and Chad made it incredibly easy to check in and out and provided me with everything I needed to feel at home. Lacy was very responsive to any questions I had at as a newbie and was kind enough to talk with me about local restaurants to try and even the best route to take to my daily destination. You cannot ask for a nicer neighborhood or place to stay than this. It looks just like the pictures and has tge most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time. If youre in Atlanta for any reason I cannot recommend Lacy and Chad enough. If I ever come back I will be sure to stay here again!
