Very clean and great location

Stayed at Joe’s while we were waiting for our new home. Very clear communication, the home had many details well thought out for stays. Bringing our dogs was important and the home was perfect for them and us.

It was my 2nd stay and will not be my last! The house was extremely clean! Ronald was quick to respond and had snacks and drinks available.

Very quaint little beach house ! We enjoyed walking back and forth to the ocean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Walking in , you could smell and feel the cleanliness with attention to detail.

This was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of room and the media room was really enjoyable.

Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

Kyle was a very responsive and friendly host. We especially noted the little details and home amenities of the place. Light switches were labeled, which was a great help. The location is in walking distance to some of Orlando’s very best restaurants. Fantastic stay overall!

Great place. Enjoyed being close to Flagler Ave. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately, it was rain and 45 degrees for the week so we didnt use the pool, but it looked nice! Carla was quick to respond when an issue with the hot tub heater arose. She took action immediately. Technician came out on a Sunday evening! Certainly would recommend this property and Carla as a host. We will definitely be back.

We had originally booked another property on our vacation, which the host canceled as we were arriving in town…we managed to find this place, which was great and had instant approval/check-in. We found the place easily…it’s in a quiet neighborhood…Walmart is less than a mile away, so stocking up is easy. Tetyana was incredibly responsive...through no fault of her own, the internet was not functioning when we arrived (they had new grass put in the the workers cut the internet lines). She had a technician out the next morning and everything was fixed right away. The pool can be heated, which was chose to do -- very glad we did (it's an extra fee, but was well worth it, as we could swim into the evening and still be comfortable). All in all, it was a great house and Tetyana is an outstanding host. Book with confidence.

Melanie and her team were helpful and responsive to our questions. The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were spacious. This was close to our daughter/niece’s softball game at the space coast sports complex.

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

The stay at Val’s was everything that we wanted and then some. Enjoyed the local walking park. The pool was awesome and invigorating. Little warmer here than Ohio at this time. Will look to stay here again when down this way. Thanks for such a great stay.

I am going to say thank you again to Vicki. he was an outstanding host. and if you love privacy with the conveniences of everything. this cabin is a great place to stay. it has everything you need without being in the hustle and bustle of everything else. Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

The stay was very cozy, was able to use the amenities freely and happily! + this place is close to Lake Eola which is a popular part of town!

This home was well equipped, roomy and even all this for our fur baby. When I get home I will look for one of those dog dish trays. My schnauzer’s beard drips. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time staying at Keri’s house, and it is always an awesome experience. We have actually nicknamed it our “home” for when we travel to that area! Keri is a wonderful host and always available and helpful when I needed her. Love the house and will definitely be back!
