The place was perfect...the pool was great for the 4 little boys we had with us. Very close to the ball fields and restaurants. Monica was great. very responsive to questions. We plan on renting agosnnext year when my next son goes

Omer had a beautiful spot nestled high up on a hill overlooking the mountains 🏔️. I can promise you, being from the city, the pictures do not do the views justice! They’re absolutely stunning! Luckily we had couple of snowy days up there, where we were able to ski and enjoy some local eateries, so it made the scenery that much more romantic! The best was enjoying a drink or two in the hot tub and overlooking the scenic views of the mountains while the snow fell…couldn’t imagine a more perfect weekend getaway! I will be back up again!

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful old house with huge windows and tons of light, beautiful views, and lots of bedrooms and hang out areas so everyone has space. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the entire place was super clean and tidy. There was a good selection of games we could play and music that our family enjoyed. It was also so nice that the house was pet friendly. The only downside was that the house was quite close to the road and my kids really wanted to sled down the hill in the backyard, but there was nothing to stop them from sliding into the road. There is hardly any traffic on the road, though, so noise was not an issue. We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend for big groups or families. We are a 7 person family - teenage kids, parents, grandparents.

Glen was an amazing host! Booking to checkout process was very smooth because of the clear communication and responsiveness of the host. We booked this house to celebrate our friends birthday and it was memorable.

Stayed at Chris’s place for a weekend. Wanted to BBQ and stay by a pool for my laid-back bachelor party. It was the perfect place. Was able to relax and hang out by the pool. Great location, near a Walmart for everything we needed. Very clean and would recommend it.

My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

Our family spent a long weekend at this beautiful home in the Catskills. If you are looking for a cozy private spot with sweeping views, this is the spot for you. The home is even more roomy than it looks. We were 3 couples and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The area was hit with a whopper of a winter storm while we were there, but we loved building a fire outside and sledding. The hot tub was a hit and we loved hunkering down and being cozy. Would love to see the view in different seasons!

Very nice place. Very helpful and friendly host. Wonderful freshly baked goodies as others have described. Try to get there before dinner as then the host can meet you in person and some details will be clearer.

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

Great stay at Mary’s place - very cosy. Loved all the added amenities and board games/vinyl record player. Great location for skiing at Belleayre. There really is very little road noise and any warning of it is unnecessary… it’s right next to the road which we actually appreciated incase there was snow it makes it easier to access Mary provides lots of extra amenities which was really nice - extra toiletries, coffee and snacks We’d come back

We had an amazing time. It was a great peaceful weekend getaway that we needed. Everything was perfect. The view was amazing. The space was great. The fireplace was amazing. The recommendations for the restaurants were great and the area was very beautiful. Definitely will be going back.

Jonathan was a gracious host, who offered a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and organized. Rules and regulations were spelled out concisely making checkout a breeze.

This was the absolute perfect long weekend getaway on a snowy weekend. Comfortable, clean, clear communication, charming, crazy cool...the house is set away from the road, lots of privacy, lovely land, not overly fussy, great dining room table, terrific views. We all agreed this was among our very favorite stays ever. Hosts were very helpful when our city car got stuck in the ice and they called a neighbor to pull us out. Like that. Really great.

Clean and updated home in a peaceful location convenient for skiing. Many household items useful for cooking in. Hot tub and basement with activities for kids are a nice addition.

We’ve stayed at Magda’s a few times now, and we keep coming back because it’s just so great. A beautiful home in a lovely Catskills town. Magda is a phenomenal host: friendly, responsive, accommodating. Cannot recommend this place enough for your weekend getaway, no matter the season.

My husband and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to visit our son, his partner and our 18 month old grandson who recently moved to Franklin. Coming from Hawaii, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time indoors because of the cold temperatures in Franklin. We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s house. It was a creative haven, thoughtfully curated by an amazing artist. The home is spacious, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy making delicious meals and sleep soundly in comfortable beds. What made this home so special was how it was designed as a learning and play space for children. Our grandkids thrived coloring, writing, making puzzles, playing games, and engaging in play acting. Anna was communicative, receptive and available if we needed anything. The home, the artistry and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true gem in Franklin! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to connect with creativity and enjoy an enriching stay.

Denise was thorough, responsive, prompt, and accommodating for us during our stay; it was so easy to check in and get settled in. Our dog loved it and felt right at home right away (which he doesn't always in a new space) and he/we loved going for a walk - very beautiful and peaceful. It was such a nice place to be after spending our day outside in the mountains, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Denise!
