We enjoyed staying at Justin and Wendy's house so much! They have variety of kitchen supplies and amenities that you need. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A big yard and beautiful lake behind the house. We definitely want to come back during the summer time, hoping we can catch some fish!

We had a phenomenal stay on Lake Muskaday for Presidents Day Weekend. The home was beautiful, homey & perfect for our family of 4. It was a great place to get snowed in for a few days. Only a short drive away from some cute towns such as Callicoon, Roscoe & Livingston Manor. We loved the big kitchen, the cozy living room and the fun-filled basement with many toys and games for the little ones. thanks for sharing your home with us !

Our family of six adults enjoyed a quiet & relaxing weekend. We were greeted by a thoughtful welcome card and gift of s’mores ingredients/bottle of wine. The place includes all the comforts of home. The hosts put a good deal of effort into ensuring their guests have all the necessary items for a relaxing getaway. From shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to firewood to hot tub towels to coffee machines and much more. Everything seems to be considered for guest comfort. The home is a mix of old & new which includes some very lovely furniture pieces. The large living room couch is comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a family meal. The grounds are magnificent! We appreciated the ponds/dock, covered and open porches, fire pits, hot tub, and fabulous view. We stayed at the house most of the time. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Truly a home away from home. We hope to return. If you seek tranquility with a side of things to do, this is the place for you.

This was a perfect place to stay for our weekend ski trip to Belleayre. The host was extremely responsive and helped answer all of our questions before and during our trip. The place is very cozy and a great spot to relax after a day at the mountain. Highly recommend!

Me and my group loved are stay it was really peaceful and quite with a great view to the lake. Julie the owner of the house answer my texts and problems right away which was a plus I had a problem with a window so it was freezing since it was open all night didn’t want to bother her at night so as soon as I got up in the morningI texted her with my problem and she send her cousin right away and took care of it which was awesome Julie and her cousin save the day since it was really cold and snowing. I would highly recommend and there’s also a lot of trails to do for nice hikes and scenic views also near some caves with nice scenic drives.

This is a wonderful place for gathering with friends, especially in spring and summer when you can enjoy the beautiful lake views. Winter offers a completely different charm, perfect if you appreciate a peaceful atmosphere. Marlaina is a thoughtful host who provided us with many helpful tips before our stay. During our visit, she always responded promptly to messages, ensuring smooth communication. If given the chance, we would love to come back and experience it in a different season.

Peter’s place was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 4. Super clean, well designed, functional layout. Lots to do in the house and in warmer weather we would have loved all the activities on the lake. Peter was very responsive and accommodated an early check in. We had a great time. Thank you!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We loved how private, peaceful and secluded it was - exactly what we needed for a quiet family vacation. From the second we walked in we felt right at home. The house is cozy but also very spacious at the same time. And the view off the back porch is just AMAZING ! One of the most beautiful properties that we have ever seen. I was looking for a very autumnal place to rest with my family for my husband’s birthday I invited my friends to accompany us all they loved the location the landscape the super clean cosy spacious house

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

Loved staying at Andy’s place! We came for a ski weekend at Windham, and it was an easy 20 mins away. It was private and beautiful. We instantly felt at home the night we arrived surrounded by snow, and playing the record player. We wanted to allot time to relax and read at the house rather than keep snowboarding because it felt so relaxing! It was nice and private for our dogs as well. Would definitely recommend. Artsy, fun, & cozy.

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

A group of friends and family visited for a weekend ski trip, and both the adults and children had an incredible time. The property was absolutely perfect for a family getaway, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the downstairs shower was a bit misty and soft, both upstairs shower booths were compact but provided strong water pressure. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Glass House! Anna was extremely responsive and cared about all of our needs. The house is beautiful and joyful and in a peaceful space right on the lake. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Kitchen Aid, which I used to make a birthday cake. The house, the hot tub, and grill were extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the yoga/weight room and the gorgeous morning sun on the lake. Thank you for the use of the sleds as well! We hope to return in the near future.

Such a great time and such a memorable area. My husband and I planned to have a quiet Valentine’s Day weekend and this was honestly a perfect choice. Clean, inviting and so much character. The bedroom upstairs is so cool and the ones downstairs are extremely cozy and quiet. I slept like a rock both nights! We made use of the record player (love some Amy Winehouse!), coffee and espresso machine. The decks are really inviting and show a beautiful view of the lake. Bathrooms were clean and the hot water was kicking! I honestly can’t share anything bad about this spot. As the host advises, the driveway is steep and can be a challenge in inclement weather. I honestly left my heart here and hope other guests feel the same in how this place can really stick with you. Jules was available at every step. Very attentive and very friendly/understanding - offering us an early check in AND late check out given the snowfall. Undoubtedly grateful and certain to return. Thank you so much for everything

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!

Place is beautiful with gorgeous views. Super comfortable and Michael was very attentive and responsive. Had a great time, definitely recommend.

Such a terrific trip me and my wife shared to Michael’s cabin. It was as beautiful and peaceful as you could hope for. By the time we had to leave we were wishing we had more time. Would recommend to anyone. It was a truly beautiful place.

Great place to stay. Good fishing. Very relaxing to hang on the deck, watching the river go by. Ken was very responsive to our inquiries, and was kind enough to let us use one of his kayaks to float the river. Water was low at this time of year - took us 4 hours to kayak and fish from the fairgrounds. Lots of eagle sightings. Internet worked well, but phone service (Verizon) was very spotty. Would stay there again!

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was perfect . We unexpectedly got snowed in with 8+ inches and it was magical. I highly recommend a winter visit. We managed ok on the road without at AWD vehicle, but if I'd known we'd have winter conditions I would have rented one. The cabin has a well-appointed kitchen and the pellet stove keeps everything very cozy. We spent our days walking nearby trails and evenings streaming old movies on the the projector. My dog was over the moon. Heather is so kind and very responsive to any questions throughout the visit. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Leo was a very considerate host. The home was immaculately clean and cozy. Our party of four adults, two kids, and two dogs had a wonderful time cooking meals, enjoying the fire, and frolicking in the snow. It’s a very comfortable and stylish home. Thank you for having us Leo and Jose!
