My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

This house was great! We stayed 2 nights. Very nice, useful kitchen 100% , can be found anything needed for cooking. 2 kind of coffee maker machines, 5 different ground coffee are in the refrigerator, ready to be made. The whole house was spotless. Laundry located in the basement with laundry detergent and softener on the shelf. Too many great things to mention! I would recommend to family, friends and anyone looking to stay in the area!

Denise was thorough, responsive, prompt, and accommodating for us during our stay; it was so easy to check in and get settled in. Our dog loved it and felt right at home right away (which he doesn't always in a new space) and he/we loved going for a walk - very beautiful and peaceful. It was such a nice place to be after spending our day outside in the mountains, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Denise!

Paula's place exceeded my groups expectations! First of all, it was HUGE! We knew renting a 6 bedroom house would be large but wow was it large! The expansive spaces were much appreciated for our large group, and the kids had so much room to play. There's room for tons of parking, and the surrounding fields are beautiful - we even saw deer on our last morning there. An easy 15 minute drive to Belleayre! The hot tub was amazing and sadly we didn't get to use the sauna, but both were extremely clean and inviting. The instructions for the cover on the hot tub are so easy and convenient! The only bummer was that the house is right on a main road, and while there isn't a ton of traffic, the cars/trucks that do go by can be LOUD!! But that has nothing to do with the house and would not prevent us from staying again. Paula was responsive and kind, and we hope to stay again!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

this is the second home that I have stayed with this host. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Full of light and a humble beautiful home. My family and I couldn’t have been more happy. A really great place to stay and just have and make family memories. Can’t wait to visit deposit New York again.!!!!

We stayed for about 2 weeks around the holidays. The place when it snows is really magical, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely book again if in the neighborhood. Plus: well stocked kitchen for all basic cooking needs (pots, pans, cocktail shaker;) Charming indoors and well-managed rooms, we appreciated the extra firewood as it got really cold on some days, in-built speakers across the house, dimmable lights, many different games (cards, monopoly, puzzles, etc) and a nice library is a plus Minor inconveniences: noise from the highway (though we only heard mostly when outside), rough floor (bring slippers!), the second bedroom upstairs is through the first (not much privacy for the people sleeping in the first), bathrooms are only downstairs, stairs are rather steep (adds to the old charm)

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Eugene was awesome and very communicative, super helpful and excited to share details about the place and local hangouts. The house was awesome, especially the spacious main room and master bed, but most crucially the theater was incredible. High quality tech that looked and sounded amazing, plus great space and comfortable chairs. My friends and I do a movie retreat every year and this is our favorite theater by far. Can’t recommend highly enough if movie watching is your priority, but it’s excellent overall

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful old house with huge windows and tons of light, beautiful views, and lots of bedrooms and hang out areas so everyone has space. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the entire place was super clean and tidy. There was a good selection of games we could play and music that our family enjoyed. It was also so nice that the house was pet friendly. The only downside was that the house was quite close to the road and my kids really wanted to sled down the hill in the backyard, but there was nothing to stop them from sliding into the road. There is hardly any traffic on the road, though, so noise was not an issue. We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend for big groups or families. We are a 7 person family - teenage kids, parents, grandparents.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish at this beautiful house in Oneonta. Kim and Chris were a pleasure to communicate with. Our famillies from different areas met for a upstate fall weekend and everything was spectacular. The check in process was easy and efficient, the ammenities at the house were great and exactly what we needed for our mini vacation. We can't wait to come back again!

This was my third time staying at the groovy chalet. It is nestled in a beautiful spot close to town and has everything you could possibly need for a cute, little getaway. Trish is a very responsive host and resolves any issues in a timely manner.

Loved staying at Andy’s place! We came for a ski weekend at Windham, and it was an easy 20 mins away. It was private and beautiful. We instantly felt at home the night we arrived surrounded by snow, and playing the record player. We wanted to allot time to relax and read at the house rather than keep snowboarding because it felt so relaxing! It was nice and private for our dogs as well. Would definitely recommend. Artsy, fun, & cozy.

Martin is a wonderful host, very welcoming, responsive and kind to myself and my two small dogs. The yurt was tidy and presented as described. Huckleberries are in season so the yurt is surrounded by hundreds of delicious berries, as well as some blackberries. If you are looking for solitude, serenity and quiet with some simple amenities such as hot water, microwave, WiFi, a beautiful view of the Catskills, this is your place. This yurt is convenient to town to grab necessities or a local brew & wood fired pizza if you choose to venture out. WiFi connection was great if you need to connect, I worked for an afternoon and used Zoom without issue. I look forward to my next stay here & engaging in conversation again with Marty. We had such a relaxing stay at this house. The views of the countryside and the mountain were amazing. We even had a flock of turkeys right outside the house! We loved the deck, the outside space and the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. Great appliances for cooking and a Keurig. The master bath shower was wonderful with the rain shower head. Great location that is close to town and restaurants. Perfect size for large families. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Nice place close to belleayre mountain, just 10 mins drive. Home may be a bit dated and the showers can be small for some. But overall a comfortable stay and good value to avoid driving 30+mins from the slopes.

Thank you for helping us when we couldn't get the projector to work. You might want to consider getting a newer more user friendly set up for renters -- there are lots of cords and remotes and devices to figure out. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay -- and especially loved the fireplace and media room.

What a great property. Beautiful land and cabin. Has everything you could ever want for some time away. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Very comfortable and relaxing experience
