Our stay at the Gallop house was perfect! We were visiting from out of state for a family wedding nearby and were looking for a place that would accommodate our young children. The house had a high chair, pack n play, and stroller which made travel with our 16 month old so much easier. We also appreciated one of the spare bedrooms having lower to the floor beds for our 3 year old and one of the bathrooms having a bathtub. The basement was fun with a pool table and foosball table! This was the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in and I loved all the extra blankets around the house - perfect for us Texans who are use to warmer weather! Steve was great at communicating ! We would definitely stay again next time we visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Misty's. Everything was spotless and clean when we arrived, and Misty went above and beyond to include extra thoughtful touches and amenities. The location is wonderful, and we really enjoyed walking around the property and seeing all of the animals. Misty was an incredible host and made us feel very welcome. We hope to stay again when we're back in town.

We visited Marengo for a wedding and had a wonderful time staying here! The home is so welcoming and comfortable. Brian and Sarah are also great hosts. Would definitely stay again!

This is our second stay and Jeanine is always gracious and very responsive. The farmhouse is reminiscent of my childhood home, which makes it a special stay for me.

This place was a great find! We were getting together for the holidays with our family - 3 couples and a baby. The house is super easy to find near the highway. The layout works for family or for friends, and has everything you need for kids and adults. Nice perks included shower products, good mugs, and blankets for relaxing on the L-couch! Having a table in the sunroom meant games could stay set up during meals. We also liked the convenient, yet pretty quiet location, and the great local recommendations. In winter, we didn't do much outdoors, but it is a lovely area. The two bedrooms (and bathroom) upstairs are indeed up steep stairs, but we put the family with the baby downstairs. Upper rooms are on the small side, but beds are comfortable and there's space on the landing too. The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and utensils to make it possible to make good meals - there were some essential spices already there, too. A great stay with a terrific host!
