My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Susan's cottage is adorable and was a great cozy oasis when I was in the area for work. The area is quiet and beautiful and the cottage had everything I could need. Susan and her daughter were very responsive, I will be coming back!

Awesome place and location. 10 minute walk to Main St. Manyunk and steps to a bar, bakery, and beer distributor. Only thing I’d say is families with young kids may want to be careful as the steps are extremely steep, but we did fine with a 3 and 4yr old. Overall, it’s a unique and comfortable place and the host was awesome. Definitely highly recommended!

As return guests, we always choose Lana’s home. Lana is an excellent host. House is welcoming and comfortable. Set up is perfect for us. Close to everything we need. Recent renovations are lovely as well. Lana has so many at-home amenities; it’s very special ( tissues, coffee pods, creamer/sugar) lots of charming touches throughout. It is expensive but it’s hard to find a place that’s perfect, and Lana’s place is that for us:)

The bed was super comfortable, and we loved having our morning coffee on the back patio. Sophia was an excellent host - responsive, helpful, and provided great local recommendations. Check-in was easy, and having a dedicated parking spot was fantastic. Highly recommend this lovely cottage for anyone visiting the area!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Amazing girls weekend! David and Teresa were excellent hosts and communicated very well upon checking in and out. The house was absolutely beautifu! The decorations and ambiance were very relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The showers were a great experience with the waterfall shower head. The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was sparkling clean. The sidewalks and driveway were cleared and salted upon our arrival. The house is conveniently located to awesome restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily travel into the city and we also frequented some of the great local spots. It is a very convenient location and would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting our girls weekend!

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is exactly as described, the hosts are friendly and responsive and very accommodating. I honestly cant wait to go back during the summer and early fall - to utilize the back patio it looks like itnwould be an amazing place to just hang out with a glass of wine and the sounds of nature. I saw the cute friendly dog everyone talks about only twice during my week stay but he is just as described by others. I arrived during a snow storm and it was a bit of a challenge to make it up the hill - but made do - it was all part of the adventure. And finally- 😂 im pretty sure Bigfoot came to say hi in the middle of the night 2 of the nights because the back porch motion light would come on between 2 and 3am i looked but never saw anything - Pennsylvania has Bigfoot right ? if not it was probably a raccoon.. i never went outside to look. 😂

Top notch in every respect. Host is responsive, the apartment is in excellent condition, and the location is ideal. Cannot go wrong.

Lynn is an exceptional host! She was incredibly accommodating and considerate towards our group's questions and needs. Her space is charming, and we loved the outdoor areas for gathering and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was so fantastic, we were able to make our favorite meals and desserts, and felt right at home!

We stayed at this location due to how close it was to my friend who goes to SJU. Very close to her and driving to the city center was very easy. Quiana was a great host and would stay again!

Perfect location for the fkur of us visiting family. Sophia was very responsive. very thoughtful, we woke to a light blanket of snow and salt was being put down immediately. A wonderful bottle of wine was presented as a Christmas gift. thank you!

A wonderful little spot for two people to get away and enjoy some time together. The place was clean and there was no problem with getting in or out. Aram was one of the best hosts I've ever had. If, by some remote chance, you have any issues with the place, he's responsive and will work with you to fix it. If you're looking for a high-quality place for you and your +1 at a great price, this is the one.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Air B&B hosted by Bryan. I found this apartment to be convenient and very comfortable. It is in a safe and quiet area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, a comfortable living room with an entertaining chest table, flat-screen wall TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a full bathroom, and a comfortable, warm bedroom. The historical postings of Joe Louis were quite fascinating. The Joe Fraser apartment suite and decor were a fitting tribute to this great legend. I stayed for approximately three weeks and enjoyed it immensely. The location is convenient for reaching major sites in Philadelphia. The maintenance team is always available to answer any needs. I found the quarters clean and safe. Using the garage was extremely beneficial and easy to access. Bryan was available and responded quickly to any request. It is my sincere wish to occupy this Airbnb again on my return business trip. I would recommend strongly this location.
