Super responsive management of property. It was a very rainy weekend, so my daughter and I really enjoyed the large TV with the option of many streaming channels. Bed was comfortable and the place was neat and clean. Fantastic location as well.

The location is great, beautiful location. The hot tub was wonderful and the pool table was enjoyed by all.

The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised! We had no trouble getting in, and Vladimir was very responsive and flexible about our check-in time. We were easily able to walk to the center of town and to the Amtrak station, and all of the best restaurants in Hudson are nearby.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming pre-Civil War home! It was warm and cozy, the perfect retreat for an icy, snowy weekend. The location is great—the city center with its restaurants and shops are couple minutes away by foot, and there's a supermarket just across the street. There was some traffic noise during the day, but it got reasonably quiet at night, so it was no issue. The house itself is full of character—nothing is quite square, plumb, or level, but that only adds to its charm! If you appreciate historic homes with a unique feel, this is a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend! The host was incredibly accommodating, offering an early check-in without us even asking. They also proactively offered a late checkout or even an extra night due to the heavy snowfall, though in the end the roads were clear and we could leave as planned.

We had a lovely stay at Chalet on a Hill and Nadine was lovely to work with. House is very private with great views and close drive to Windham where dinner was recommended. The grocery store nearby has everything you need if you want to make the house feel like home for the weekend. We will certainly look to book again.

This is the nice place for family get together in pocono mountains. Very big spacious house with all the amenities, quiet neighborhood. Johanna is very good host and response quickly to all your questions and any other issues. Worth a stay for us and our kids had a lot of fun during Christmas.

Excellent location, close to all the art galleries, cafes and restaurants Hudson has to offer. It is also a short drive to other points of interest like Olana, the Thomas Cole house and Catskill, NY.

What a gem! Great spot for our group of 4. I wish we had had time to make use of the beautiful patio and the walk to the beach. Would absolutely love to stay here again when we can really soak up all that seaside has to offer!

As a host, David always does a great job. This was the second time we stayed here. My family and I enjoyed the house even during the off season down here at the jersey shore. Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was spotless! Had every single thing you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home instantly. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. They kept the walkway cleared of snow and ice. Perfect location for us! Will definitely stay again when we return to Long Island! Highly recommend this location!

This was our second trip to this lovely spot upstate Absolutely beautiful views to the forest and Brooke running behind the home that our son and doggy loves Close to many restaurants and lots of great hiking definitely recommend for a little peace and tranquility listening to the river at night. Great fireplace.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The layout was great for our group of 2 families. It is an older home with some modern upgrades and was very clean. I loved how well stocked the home was with helpful essentials like spices, tea, and shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. There were tvs in all rooms. The kids were entertained the entire time in the basement gameroom. The Pop-a-Shot basketball counter was broken on one side when we arrived, but they still were able to play with it the entire time and also loved the air hockey/pool table. My daughter enjoyed the dolls available to play with. It snowed and turned into an ice storm the second night and the surrounding woods were just beautiful. The house is in a neighborhood but has space between the homes with trees. The gas fireplace was a nice touch that we enjoyed during a winter storm. The only negative I would say is that the beds and bedding were uncomfortable. Overall we are really glad we chose to stay here!

Our stay was so great! We loved that the house was clean, spacious and well organized. The playroom and toys for the kids was awesome and the backyard playset and little creek were definitely a hit. Edna answered messages so quickly and helped in any way she could. I would recommend this location to anyone - and already have to some friends! Thank you for making our family vacation even more special :)

We had a wonderful time at Charlie’s place. The house was cozy and very clean, lots of games, ping pong was fun, hot tub was great. Charlie was an excellent host — accommodated us at the last minute, responded promptly to our few questions even over a holiday. Would love to come back.

This house is the perfect home base for skiing at nearby Belleayre, which is only a few minutes away by car. We have spent several weekends there. It was clean, had lots of comfortable beds, and space for our ski gear. The kitchen is perfect for preparing simple meals after a day on the slopes. The hot tub is a great place to relax sore muscles. The surroundings are lovely. The host was always responsive if we needed anything. Overall it's a great place to relax in the Catskills however you like.

My family had a vintage home in Stone Harbor for over 70 years, which was a few blocks from this location. This place was perfect and had everything we could have imagined for our family of 4. Our two girls, ages two and six, had the best time. It is located right near the center of Stone Harbor and within a block and a half from our favorite beach in Stone Harbor. We could not have had a better time. We came out of season to escape NYC, and it was so peaceful and quiet. Also, it is located a few blocks away from Chelsea Place Park Playground, which is absolutely fantastic, and within a short walk to the Bird Sanctuary. Highly recommend staying here. The hosts were superb with answering any small questions we had. I have been coming to Stone Harbor for 45 years and this place was exactly what we were looking for.

Nice cozy place. Located 1 block from the esplanade. You can see the sea, barely, from the front window. Well equipped small kitchen. Patrick communicates well, and answered are questions and requests promptly. Note that you must bring your own sheets and towels - easy if you are coming from Phila, not so if you are flying in from abroad.
