We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

By far, the best place I have stayed in via Airbnb! The word that comes to mind is peaceful. I was in town for a funeral and my days were packed. It was a great place to come home to, order DoorDash and relax. If I had more time, I definitely would have utilized the grill and deck. Super clean home, great showers (awesome pressure!), nice kitchen. I am already planning a future stay in the same home with my wife. Thank you for the stay!!

We spent a weekend here for a quick getaway and it felt really refreshing. The place is very clean and as described. The host provided helpful instructions that are very easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet yet vey close to everything you may need. It’s also within walking distance to the trails at the canal nearby which was a very pleasant walk. Would love to come back again!

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

This house was beautiful and well stocked. We had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed. From the outdoor fire pit to the hot tub we definitely enjoyed our week stay here. We had two families fit very comfortably. It is close to Belleyre and an easy drive to Windham. The views and decor are well worth a stay on the mountain top in Roxbury. The hosts were always available with answers to any questions we had. We will be back!

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

This was a last-minute booking as our original booking had a water pipe burst due to the cold. Yoel was very kind and allowed us to check-in early. The property is one of a kind (a mansion!) - lots of room, very clean, and everything in great working condition. Dev called us proactively a couple of times to make sure we were comfortable. The property has an electric car charger which was really convenient for the Tesla owner in our group. Checkout was super smooth. Overall a great property and a host that clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay!!

I would stay at Alluvions place time and time again! It was nestled in such a private area but still felt close to everything we needed. The home was BEAUTIFUL, perfect for large families for the holidays. It was depicted exactly as shown, very spacious and stocked with everything a family could need (including a playroom)! Even though we spent 5 days there as a family, it didn't feel like enough as no one wanted to leave. Once you unpack, you just feel at home.

Vikas’s Airbnb was stunning! It was so nicely decorated and spotless. The house has so many activities including games, a pool table, jacuzzi, and fire pit. The beds and furniture were all so comfortable. The communication between the hosts and myself was great. Such a great stay and would definitely recommend.

My family of 12 get together every year for the Christmas holiday usually in Delaware. This year we needed to do it in the Philadelphia area in Flourtown. I found this location on Airbnb and it was perfect! It was large enough, it provided something different,had the historical touch and provided a very calm environment enjoyed by all

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

We had the most amazing stay at Craig’s beautiful home! It was the perfect getaway for our group of friends – the house is absolutely stunning and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless and well-designed everything was. Craig was an outstanding host, too, with excellent communication from start to finish. He was super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The amenities at Craig’s house blew us away. The backyard jacuzzi was a huge hit – we spent every evening soaking in it under the stars, which was unbelievably relaxing. The house even has its own private movie theater room, which made our stay extra special. The deck deserves a special mention – it was particularly amazing and so cool. It quickly became our favorite hangout spot Overall, this house is the perfect spot for a getaway If we could give Craig’s place more than 5 stars, we would! Thank you, Craig

The only downfall was we couldnt stay longer !!!! If i knew then what i know now definitely would have booked more days. More than perfect for our family of 5!

I stayed at Andrew’s place for a few days in March. Although, it was colder than we expected, the house had lots of amenities to keep our group entertained (billiards, hot tub, shuffleboard, chess, etc.). The property was also beautiful as it is surrounded with trees with plenty of large windows to appreciate the views inside. Andrew was also very communicative and sent helpful reminders about the weather and check-in / out process. I would definitely stay at this AirBnB again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's and Kyle's! Their home is very clean and was spacious for the 4 of us to relax and have an enjoyable time. They included a lot of nice and thoughtful touches, such as separate towels for the hot tub and even disposable slippers for outdoor use (i.e., travel back and forth from the hot tub). The kitchen is very nice, well stocked, clean. And a great location to many of the local hotspots.

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

We stayed at Juan's home for 2 weeks while renovations were being done on our home, which is very close to Juan's home. Juan is a fantastic host: extremely responsive and accommodating. The house itself is just as good - if not better - than the photos would have you believe. It is comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious. We were thrilled to be able to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking it.

This is the second time we've stayed at Juan's place and it still exceeded all expectations. Hands down, this is one of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed in! It's luxurious, comfortable and private and feels like you're staying at a friend's home who has fabulous taste. Its proximity to Catskill and Hudson is hard to beat. There's lots to explore in the Hudson Valley, but this special home also provides the opportunity to be perfectly content relaxing onsite.
