Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

Sue’s place had great views and that cozy cabin feel. She was a great host and was very willing to accommodate us. The Airbnb was exactly as it was described. The surrounding town was also beautiful and had excellent places to eat. Well worth the stay.

Loved it here. Perfect little quiet space and was just what we needed. Lots of shopping around and restaurants, and I always prefer the no-contact. Checked and let ourselves in, checked and let ourselves back out as well. It was great I enjoyed it very much.

This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

Relaxing retreat vibes. A beautiful place to getaway and disconnect from everything. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is gorgeous. Exactly as pictured! Took a trip to Rehobeth beach and it was so fun!!

Beautiful, cozy and just the perfect amenities. We can’t wait to be back. Some light outlets and bulbs broken, and the stairwell upstairs absolutely needs replacing. I’m sure they are planning on investing in a real handrail and steps that aren’t so steep and shallow. Perhaps by next visit :) Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We absolutely love this spot! Second time here and it’s the perfect mix of family friendly and peaceful for the parents. Kids could hang downstairs or near the pier while we relaxed in the family room and screened in porch. Can’t say enough about this home away from home!

We were a group of 6 and this was the perfect place! It was clean, plenty of room, and it was within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg. My only complaint would be that there wasn't enough hot water for 6 people but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

This was an amazing stay for our family! I had my family of 9 move to Maryland from Colorado and unfortunately, the house we were supposed to move in to fell through. We were able to use this wonderful for 2 weeks while we got on our feet and found a new place to live. John was a dream host, who helped us with local recommendations, help us understand the surrounding areas, and even went out of his to help me put air in my tires when I found a new vehicle. The cabin was cozy, and secluded, making it an incredibly peaceful place to feel at home amongst our cross country moving koas. We are very grateful for John and his welcoming demeanor! We will definitely consider another stay at this beautiful cabin!

Loved the area. It was my son's 11th Birthday and he wanted to go to a cabin. Went fishing, exploring, cookout and sat around a fire telling scary stories. It was just what we wanted.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Birch cabin is such a cozy secluded get away, felt like home as soon as we walked in. Super clean, smelled amazing, loved the brand of soaps and cleaners. Brittany is such an awesome and welcoming host, we can’t wait to book another stay!!

Me encantó este alojamiento hermosa vista. Una casa rústica hermosa muy equipada con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Cocina limpia y con muchas cosas que puedes ocupar igual el baño muy equipada con productos de cuidado personal por si olvidaste algo esta casa lo tiene. Es sorprendente como este alojamiento brinda cada detalle que puedas ocupar dentro y fuera del lugar. Muy limpio toallas y sábanas limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y pienso volver me encantó

Gilligan's place was great. Clean and exactly as described. She was even kind enough to leave us some farm fresh eggs. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin and property are amazing! We had total privacy and our German Shepherd was able to just relax right along with us humans. Teresa really does think of everything anyone could need for supplies, and then some! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation getaway.

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

We booked it last minute driving from Virginia to NYC and were looking for a serene place to camp out for 2 days and jhotis place was the perfect spot- way more room than we expected- all the amenities we needed- clean and comfortable and beautiful home- we wish we could stay longer and have more friends with us as we had a whole basement that we didn’t even use- If ur looking for a quiet sanctuary 2.5 hours away from NYC this is def a place to consider- Another thing to note was how quick jhoti was to respond- she was in touch with us throughout so the manners were impeccable- will def come back

Had a great time at the Elderberries cottage! The views were spectacular, and you could take them in from the enclosed porch, the open deck, and even the living room. The entire setup was perfect for a vacation/remote work getaway, and the kitchen has everything you need. WiFi worked great, and the smart TV supported pretty much any streaming service you'd want. Rachel was friendly and super responsive; we hope to stay there again sometime.

I recently stayed at Crooked Elm and was thoroughly impressed. The place was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The host's responsiveness was top-notch! One feature that stood out was the guest binder. It was incredibly detailed, providing clear instructions on everything from using the fireplaces to local attractions and dining recommendations. This made it easy to settle in and feel at home. It had everything we needed for a cozy stay! Overall, my stay at Crooked Elm was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-managed retreat.

We enjoyed our stay. Denny the caretaker was helpful and friendly. Definitely will plan a longer trip back. Bettina was very nice.. easy instructions. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great experience at the house! Communication with Jonelle was great! On arrival everything was clean and tidy. The location was quiet which was nice because we ran a 5k in the morning. Everything was great except the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but everyone has different preferences.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Lodge. The place was spacious, extremely clean, & had all of the amenities that we needed. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a peaceful, outdoor, quiet, getaway. Thank you Jim, well done.
