Spacious condo ten min walk to boardwalk. Perfect for our beach vacation with kids. You need to bring your own towels and linens. They are not included. As is typical with Airbnb's the mattresses and pillows are not great. The parking was convenient. The balcony gets morning sun and shade in the afternoon. Friday fireworks can't be seen from the balcony. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, plates, etc. Definitely spacious and great for a beach vacation.

Clean and comfortable apt. Great location, so close to Metro, bars, restaurants, movies, etc.

She was an awesome communicator made sure I understood the check in procedure and let me feel cared for throughout the rental process. We enjoyed the location and the amenities. Close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and the cute town of Williamsburg as well. Would absolutely enjoy rebooking with her! Thank you again for a great stay!

We used this beautiful space for a weekend stay for out of town guests as well as a bridal shower. It was the perfect place for a party; spacious and light filled. The owner and her assistant were both great to work with. If you are looking for a venue for a special event put this space at the top of your list!

We really enjoyed our stay! This space is perfect for anyone traveling with a little one as there are plenty of toys, small chairs, and a perfect bedroom just off the master. Rachel was also communicative and extremely nice.

We chose this property for the location. Very nice neighborhood and just a few blocks from a huge variety of restaurants. But our main goal was staying somewhere that we could easily take public transportation into the Mall area to visit the museums and monuments. We are from "rural" America, but found the metro system very easy and clean. We took either a bus or train, depending on our destination, and it was either a couple blocks for the bus or about 1/2 mile for the train. All walking in a lovely neighborhood. The home was very nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and a 2 year old. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, although we typically only had breakfast at the home, so not much cooking. We loved the decor and vibe of the property, with a beautiful blossoming tree in the front! We had a few questions for the hosts before arriving and they were very responsive and offered some great recommendations. We had absolutely no issues once we arrived.

This is a hidden gem! The place was amazing and so well designed. They really utilized every space and had so many added extras. The movie selection was great, lots of interesting books and some games. My favorite part about this place was they had the option to have breakfast and Dinner catered by Judy. I chose that option since we were only in time for a short weekend and had a to accomplish in short amount of time so having the option for someone to provide meals was perfect. The meals themselves were amazing and probably above most standard restaurants. The fresh fruit and baked goods were a bonus we definitely enjoyed. I have to come back in a few weeks and will definitely be booking The guesthouse again!

Loved this place... the way it was decorated was gorgeous gave me strong New Orleans vibes... so cozy and warm! There is a beautiful Cafe below... that unfortunately we did not get to enjoy because we got there a little late but the people who worked there that were leaving were so kind. we had to venture out for food, and the whole community is so frendly! On our ventures back down i would LOVE to stay here again and would definitely recommend it! The host was very accommodating to our needs as well!!
