Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were able to walk or easily take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. Several restaurants within easy walking distance.

The location was absolutely worth the trip. The beaches were peaceful and pristine. The community was quiet and well kept. Absolutely lovely place to get away from it all.

Tania was very helpful in finding a unit that accommodated our family size and needs. She set up the reservation for me I just had to pay, explained what I needed to do at the main office and everything was a breeze. The area has many activities throughout the day related to the massive pool area that has separate accommodations and pools for children and adults. Was a great place to stay, my only complaint was the road work and delays going to Virginia Beach which obviously isn’t her fault. I went to multiple other hosts that had units in this area but they falsely advertised larger units then what they had available, if you want to be clear what your getting I would go with Tania.

Our family had stayed at this resort before and really enjoyed it. This was a great spot within the Hilton resort and we thought it was a great stay! Loved packing our pickleball things to play on the court, mini golf and the indoor pool for our small family. Thank you!!

Igor was amazing. I was very tired and exhausted after a long flight from Italy, nor did I have access to wifi at the time with my Italian phone. I was having difficulty checking in, but he stepped in very quickly and remedied the situation. Afterwards check in was a breeze. The property was beautiful. The unit was perfect and very clean. There was more than enough room for my two daughters, my granddaughter, and myself. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanksgiving was wonderful there. We regretted having to leave. I cannot say how wonderful, helpful, and professional Igor is. He responded very quickly to my emails and followed up to ensure everything was up to and above standard. This was well after the 9-5 business hours. He stayed in contact until he was assured I was completely checked into my unit. I was very impressed and relaxed knowing he was there (in email) if I needed anything. That quality of service definitely goes a long way in my book. His quick action and response was very reassuring; especially for a solo female traveler. I would definitely call Igor again when I return to the area. Highly recommend.

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

The place was just as advertised. It was a 2BR/2 bath and had a lot of space. Everything was very clean. The free arcade was a huge draw for my son. There were also lawn games, a fire pit and poolside movies in the evening. There are a lot of activities throughout the day as well. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! Host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great as well! We enjoyed our stay. It does get loud at night but that was expected given the location. No complaints.

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

Great location! Close to all the Williamsburg attractions. Great for families with things to do on site and a kitchen to cook (and save over eating out)

This was a FANTASTIC stay, everything was clean, the hold smelled amazing as you walk in. There was plenty of well maintained cookware provided as well as stocked bathrooms. The host as well as the cohost were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Nathalie’s place. 10/10 would stay again

Great location with plenty of parking and a quick drive to everything. The neighborhood is charming, very walkable and right across from a park. The apartment was very comfortable with a sunny street-side bedroom and a cozy quiet bedroom in the back. Catherine had lots of great recommendations and was very responsive and friendly.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than the photos. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Great location and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
