Highly recommend! Kathy was super responsive and kind in communications, and her home was lovely. Great location, and kind neighbors. A spacious space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kiddos. Especially loved the separate tv room and living room, which allowed the kids to watch movies after a day at the beach, while the adults enjoyed conversation in a private space. We had fun renting a golf cart - not needed as everything is walkable, but fun and helpful when making multiple trips everywhere. Hope to stay again!

Wonderful home. Very close to catochin mtn hiking trails. Very close to town. House was immaculate. We used 3 of the beds and they were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked - we cooked two dinners and 3 breakfasts. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. Lots of towels available. If you’re coming to this area, stay here! We would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment is well laid out. We had everything we needed. Once we figured out how to get in (trouble with the padlock at first), we had no other problems. The house is down a biggesh hill making walking up to town a thing. We don't recommend this apt. for anyone with mobility issues, unless you have a car. We will be staying here again, if possible.

We had wonderful time at Barbara's house and are very happy we came across her listing. The location is absolute perfect. Its like a hidden jem in the heart of Cape May. You are one block from the beach, 5 min walk from lively downtown with all the shops and 7 or 10 min walk from Acme if you need groceries. The house is very clean and Barbara is a very responsive host. During the hot time of the day, inner garden gave us privacy, cool shade and place for kids to play. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This place was wonderful! Walkable to restaurants and the metro, but still felt private. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Felt right at home and Kelly is a wonderful host, with clear communication and very helpful. Will definitely want to stay here when I return to the area!

Great place, close to the beach. Nice, quieter part of Atlantic City. Had a great time with our family and children. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, large, and stylish. Loved the big kitchen and the backyard. Lots of spaces to hang out and lounge and great to have 2 showers for our full party. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and dog! Everything was super clean and such a close walk to the beach! We had packed supplies for the house and none were needed as everything and some was provided! Dawn was super nice and great at communicating to us! We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Amanda is a five star host! Communication with her was amazing....she was more than accommodating! She was a delight to deal with! Now, let me talk about her home....absolutely beautiful, decorated so lovely, all accommodations were so convenient, beds are really comfortable and the shower pressure was awesome (something you don't find in most rentals down the shore) The deck out back is an absolute oasis.....so comfortable and when you're sitting at her outdoor bar just looking at the pool and the sunset, you really know you're on vacation.....Amanda, Rich and I can't thank you enough....looking forward to staying at your incredible home next year!

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

We had a great stay at Parkside South. It was the perfect end of summer spot for our family of four. Our kids were so excited to be next door to the park/playground. The golf cart made it so easy to get around town. We loved all of the beach accessories that were available for us (especially the paddle boards). And Stacey was super responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.

My second stay was just as perfect as the first. I had to leave early for my flight so it was still dark in the morning. So much good lighting outside which made me feel safe getting to my car alone. Will be a return guest.

This house was the perfect weekend getaway! Lots of things to walk to and conveniently located but still tucked away on the bay for a very beautiful and peaceful stay. The top deck overlooking the water was our favorite place to sit! Absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and our host was very accommodating. We will be back again!

Great place to stay!! Close to all local attractions and lots of stuff to do on the property. Our kids loved the arcade, basketball court, mini golf and cinema. We checked in late and the on site restaurant that is open until 10pm was very convenient. Cynthia was quick with responses to all our questions and extremley helpful. We will def be staying again!!

We had a great time. This stay was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and conveniently located to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Nice cozy place. Located 1 block from the esplanade. You can see the sea, barely, from the front window. Well equipped small kitchen. Patrick communicates well, and answered are questions and requests promptly. Note that you must bring your own sheets and towels - easy if you are coming from Phila, not so if you are flying in from abroad.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was clean and large, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of amenities for cooking a meal. Located just 7 minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and the ocean, so there was always somewhere close to eat and grab groceries. The area is walkable/runnable/rideable with wide bike lanes that go all over town.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was neatly organized, clean, and beautifully decorated. Hodd was very responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place. We will remember our stay for my daughter's sweet 16 for years to come. The room with the 3 beds is great for kids. There were lots of board games and a game console as well.

Our group of 11 plus 2 kids loved our stay. We parked our cars at arrival and walked everywhere which was great! Plenty of dishes and cookware. Puzzles, toys and art supplies kept the kids engaged. Large selection of games and books. It’s so difficult to find places with 5 actual bedrooms plus a comfortable living and dining area to spend time with our extended family. This was a win. Highly recommend.

Eva is a great host, she's very responsive and helpful. We have a toddler and even when things can become unpredictable, her family made us feel right at home. We also love the location. Quick and easy access to Metro from Van Ness. We were also able to walk to Cleveland Park in 15 minutes or Tenleytown in 30. And of course, we love hiking in Rock Creek Park, and this spot is right up the hill from Peirce Mill, or any number of trails to get into the park. We'd happily stay here again!
