What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

Sam is great. We had a tech. issue with the door code upon arrival and Sam opened it for us remotely, rest the code, and told me where to find physical keys just in case we needed them.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. The property itself is absolutely magnificent, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. It was the perfect setting for a restful and grounding stay. Hillary, our host, went above and beyond in every way. She was so gracious, generous, and welcoming, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Chris, the property manager, was equally amazing—quick to respond, flexible, and incredibly accommodating with anything we needed. You can really feel the care and heart that goes into maintaining this home and hosting guests. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly, highly recommend!

This was the perfect retreat for our family! My husband and his sister grew up in Towson, and this house was the perfect place to come back to stay with both of our families. Our kids had a blast making holiday memories together in the awesome garage. We had plenty of space, and while secluded the house is very convenient to Towson and other areas.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my trip. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and smooth. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

We had a fantastic stay! This home was spotless, cute, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our kids especially loved playing in the private backyard! The host was also very communicative, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend it!

This place offers a spacious living room with lots of sunshine. The ambience is aesthetically pleasing. Direct access to Patio and the lawn was a nice to have. The kitchenette serves everything you’d need in a mini getaway vacation. We had a wonderful time throughout our stay. We kept ourselves engaged not just with the smart TV, foosball table, games, and scenic walk around the house, but also ran into the hosts once or twice and they are really friendly, kind and welcoming people. Thank you for all the help. Would love to come back again for more!

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

The house is as described full of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the piano and sauna. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for everything

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

This is our second time staying here and we loved everything about it! It’s so peaceful sitting out back on the porch overlooking the pond and it’s also wonderful sitting out by the pool that overlooks the bay. The small beach by the pool is the perfect place for families with little ones who don’t want to haul a bunch of stuff to the real beach. My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves coming here and has already asked to come back this summer for a third trip. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space for two families. It’s close to some great restaurants and having the golf cart is also a fun bonus to get everyone down to the pool/beach. Thank you Molly for another awesome stay!!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Emilys place was the perfect stay for a girls weekend! She had everything needed for the beach and pool! Would highly recommend staying at Emily’s place for a quiet beach weekend

Beautiful location on the water with a lovely dock and the ability to do SUP and walk to a small bit of local beach. Quiet neighborhood though neighbors driveway light is too bright. Enclosed porch area with good AC is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Kitchen has all you need. Bedrooms are fine but would be a bit better with nicer pillows and mattress toppers. This is a remote spot in that there are no restaurants or coffee shops to walk to. Everything is a drive. The community pool and tennis courts have to be driven to - not walkable. While nice to have them, they are a bit run down. Regardless we still used and enjoyed them. Overall I certainly recommend it and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

We stayed here for our annual trip to Bethany Beach. It was just far enough to get out of the crowd of tourists and close enough to ride bikes to the beach with our children 9yrs-13yrs. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Any concerns we could have had, April was there to assist and in a timely manner. We would def recommend this house to anyone especially with children. The house accommodated to everyone’s needs . Thank you guys for your hospitality!

We stayed at Treborgarth for 3 nights, and hosted our wedding there. From start to finish Robert did a great job with communication and flexibility. The estate is a beautiful location for and event, or just a stay. We kayaked, fished and enjoyed all the space.

Absolutely awesome place very close and convenient to all activities- bigger than I expected and 💯 delighted- I could not have been more pleased - very grateful!!

My family and I found this rental unit to be very clean and well kept. Rich was very responsive with the few questions that I had for him. I would recommend this rental to others!
