This is the second time I've stayed at Jeff's place and was not disappointed. It's clean, quiet and convenient. I had to change my stay prior to arriving and Jeff was very cooperative. The place is clean and has a lot of amenities. Coffee, microwave, oven, fridge, TV, etc. This is a great place to stay for a few days or even long term. It's located near restaurants, shopping and minutes from downtown.

This was our second stay at this location. We will be back again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location right next to the lake! The communication with the host was excellent, and they were very accommodating with last-minute changes. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay! Would definitely visit again if i am in the area!

Our mini vacation here was awesome. Having the water right there was so nice and the hosts had anything you would need. I would definitely stay here again. They were so nice and accommodating.

We booked this apartment to be near our son while visiting him at Purdue. The location was perfect! Near campus, great restaurants and many amenities nearby. The place was spotless, incredibly well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We slept great and appreciated having such a welcoming place to come home too. It’s stylish and very clean. Natalia is very responsive and communicated perfectly. We had zero questions. Made the trip so nice and easy!

I stayed with Sandra for the Carmel Marathon weekend this year. The location was convenient and peaceful and Sandra was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are both extremely spacious and comfortable. While the race was cancelled to to weather, we had a lovely stay nonetheless.

We came to Sheridan to visit our daughter for Christmas. David’s property was perfect for that. It was a warm and convenient home base and the perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was peaceful and the apartment clean and comfortable, containing everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a temporary home for your visit to Sheridan or Westfield, David’s apartment is a diamond in the rough.

Nate’s place is a great space for relaxing, spending time with family or just streaming your favorite show. The upstairs apartment is very spacious, very quiet and close to a lot of amenities. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths provide ample room for all your nighttime and morning needs, but are separated enough from the living and kitchen areas to allow for socializing while others may be sleeping. The restaurant and bar areas below are normally busy in the evenings but you do not hear any noise from the main level areas. Attica is a quiet little town but there are many shops, a grocery store, pharmacy, theater, restaurants and even a fitness center all very close and easily accessible. Our family live in Veedersburg, and it was an easy drive from Attica to Veedersburg. Highly recommend Nate’s place for a short or long stay.

My husband and daughter stayed at the Silk Stocking while in town for a weekend softball tournament. Jodi was great at communicating the instructions for check in. They enjoyed their visit to Kokomo! The rental was very clean, and had plenty of space for them to cook & relax in between games. Great neighborhood, and a great location overall. They would stay again!

If you’re looking for a unique experience outside of a standard hotel room, this could be a great choice. John, the host, was very responsive and was so kind to give us a tour of this unique property. The large home is being renovated, the owner lives upstairs and does the handy work himself. The downstairs area is currently the Airbnb section with its own entry. John is an accomplished retired Purdue professor with an interesting and impressive background. We enjoyed the uniqueness and tranquility of the property and enjoyed meeting John. The teenagers enjoyed having the pool table for entertainment.

Fantastic apartment - big, light, well equipped and so comfortable! Great gym was an added bonus, pool area looked lovely for stays during the summer. Good location, easy to find, lots of shops nearby. Ideal for our visit to see family in Indy, hope to be back soon!

Amy was very responsive from the moment I booked. Even when I needed assistance during the check in, she was readily reachable by phone. The complex the unit is in is brand new, and the space was decorated just as the photos depcit. The pink accents even matched the theme of the event I was in town for, so it was the perfect place! It was welcoming and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you have the choice.
