LOVED this gem of a retreat. I mean how can you not love a sauna, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious cabin that overlooks port moody. I wish I could stay for a month! And so cool, you take a boat to get to the cabin. I’ve been telling everyone at my work about this place!

Jane and Steve are fantastic people. They are so nice with all the pre-stay go thru with you and all the advices to go nearby. Their house is a wonderful place! Highly recommend anyone who wants a wonderful weekend, loves little furrys, love nature, loves hot hub to stay with them. My girlfriend and I already decide to come again. It is so peaceful and relaxing to stay away from cities, looking into the dark sky and enjoy the so beautiful and peaceful night outside in the hot tub.

This place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as pictured and described on their website, but the extra amenities (toothbrushes, toothpastes), snacks, water, drinks, and even frozen pizza were such unexpected and yet truly appreciated touches! Construction was going on next door during our stay but the noise was not too disruptive. The view was unbeatable. We will definitely be back!

It’s a pretty cabin where the decorations are beautiful and attractive and the facilities inside are really useful. Even though it is close to the street, it’s quiet enough at night. And plus, the position is convenient for travelling and grocery shopping. The only trouble we encountered is that the house keeping team forgot to clean the house before we arrived. The solution provided is cleaning it for us in the next morning and offering a refund for it. My friends and I think it is acceptable. It’s a place worth a stay.

This was the absolute perfect place for our two families! We traveled with another family to attend a Jiu Jitsu tournament in Lynden. Our kids ranged in age from 5-11. There was a room with a single bed and two sets of bunk beds that fit all of the kids! The cabin was not only beautiful and unique but also had toys and books for the kids to enjoy. We loved the layout with the fireplaces and open floor plan. Everything was well labeled throughout the entire house to help you operate all the accessories! Susan was very welcoming and allowed us flexible check in and check out times. She also let the kids use the legos in the loft. The property is tucked away on several well manicured acres with a hot tub. We only wish we had more time here!! Next year we will absolutely book this cabin again. What A beautiful arrival, the ambiance at night was magical, the views and atmosphere during the day were also very soothing, tranquil. Very eclectic accomodations, right down to the art in the suite.

The woodland cabin was the perfect stay for our girls weekend on Galiano! The location is so peaceful, surrounded by nature and just 5 minutes from the ferry. We loved having it as our home base to explore the beautiful island hikes, shops, coffee and food!

Lovely stay! The bed was comfortable, like the thee type pillow option. We enjoy being able to cook food and making fire. Fire place was efficient, we got the place so warm in no time. Everything just felt so cozy, beautiful and calm. So grateful for this beautiful stay.

We loved the cottage - it is lovely, clean and private and well appointed. There are nice hiking trails nearby and it is very convenient for town. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Alderwood Farm, and it was everything we were hoping for! The cottage is super cozy and comfortable, and the animals around the farm are very sweet. Jules was a very kind host, and her shop is packed with delicious food! Try the lasagna, shrimp pasta, and definitely the pays and tiramisu! We would love to come back anytime!

I cannot say enough good things about this location and the hosts! Three generations of us stayed the weekend here and we all three loved it and would all come back. We enjoyed the cabin, the views, the hosts, the community...EVERYTHING.

The Cabanas are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view is breathtaking, and check-in was easy. Blair and Christina were very friendly, attentive and responsive. The property is really unique with a spectacular view, and very well-equipped and designed for complete relaxation. It is also conveniently located near the beach and the golf club. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely return!

Great cabin for the weekend, a little confusing to find at first bc of GPS but super easy to get in and out after. The lighting is a little harsh and the bathroom situation js awkward and cramped but absolutely lovely cabin with great amenities and wonderful location. Love being steps away from the beach

Tracy’s place was beautiful and the perfect get away. The beach is a few minutes away and we spent a lot of time there - we could not be happier! Tracy is also an amazing host. Made sure we were comfortable and answered questions within minutes. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lynette’s place is clean, well equipped, and located right by the water. The suite had everything we needed for our short getaway. It was tidy and comfortable. It was kind of amazing to be so close to the ocean and listen to the waves at night and in the morning. But also great to have a gas fireplace (and heating) to keep us warm!

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Easy check-in and check out. Host is very responsive and approachable.

Gyllian’s place was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. One of the highlights was waking up to fresh bread and jam in the morning - it was such a kind and unexpected touch that made our morning feel extra cozy. On top of that, Gyllian gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations that ended up being some of the best meals of our trip. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to everything we wanted to explore on Salt Spring. Gyllian was such a warm and welcoming host, always making sure we had everything we needed. We honestly didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back next time we visit Salt Spring!

The place is very private, comfortable and clean. The beds and linens were good and the kitchen well equipped. I loved sitting on the front steps in the morning sun with my coffee and around the fire at night. I loved that it was tucked away and private, but not in dark trees, like a lot of places on the islands. It was a great place to stay and a dreamy holiday on Galiano.

Our stay was great at Adam’s place. Although my kid was afraid of dogs, the dogs were super friendly. We found it easy to get in the gate and to our suite. There was lots of room for everyone. There are lots of things to do in the property and Sean was helpful in telling us about the place and keeping the dogs away when we wanted to explore. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend as a place to stay. Thanks Adam and Sean!

Dieses herrliche Kleinod inmitten der Natur ist friedlich und zum Entspannen bestens geeignet. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser ermöglicht es schwimmen zu gehen. Mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

The place was slightly dirty and dusty feeling, more like no one had been there for a long time. The mattress in the room with a view was very old and worn in and uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides that, everything was great! I feel bad even complaining about the cleanliness and mattress because we had an amazing time but feel like the next renter should know. the area and views were worth it all!
